Downtown Toronto: 1 bedroom apartment: $1000 - $1600 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking
Downtown Toronto: 2 bedroom apartment: $1500 - $3000 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking
Scarborough [East part of Toronto]: 1 bedroom apartment: $850 - $1200 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking [sometimes including all]
Scarborough [East part of Toronto]: 2 bedroom apartment: $1000 - $1500 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking [sometimes including all]
Etobicoke [West part of Toronto]: 1 bedroom apartment: $1000 - $1500 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking
Etobicoke [West part of Toronto]: 2 bedroom apartment: $1150 - $1800 +Hydro [Electricity]+Parking
Everything depends on location. Basement rents are almost 70%-80% of the apartments.
LAUNDRY
Washer: $2 - $5 per load
Dryer: $2.5 - $5 per load [remember no one drys their cloths in balcony with wires. You can dry your cloths in balcony in summer only but you need to buy a clothing rack for that, which sits below railing level]
FOOD
for 3 persons family: Weekly grocery: $40 - $60 [depends how much you eat and what you eat]
for 3 persons family: 2-6 months: $150 - $300 [like চাল, ডাল etc. also depends how much you eat and what you eat]
PERSONAL HYGIENE:
for 3 persons family: 3-6 months: $250 - $450 [like soap, shampoo, detergent, tooth paste, body spray etc. Better to buy these from bulk store like Costco or from sale]
TRANSPORT:
Monthly bus pass: $146.25 per person
Weekly bus pass: $43.75 per person
Tickets or Token: $3.00 [need to buy min. 3 for $9]
