Unauthorized agent issue will be settled after clearing Nov & Dec applicant.

Actually they need fresh brain to decide the next course of action against unauthorised case. If u still did not leave bloody VC, do it right now. Otherwise no hope other than 5 years ban

how do i prove that i have cancelled the contract with VC. Pls advise

I am Saskatchewan pnp Bangladeshi applicant 2015.my passport expire on November 2016.i renew the passport or anything suggest me.still
no PPR mail.Visa office-Manila given below my timeline ECAS shows below.

1.we received your application April 26,2015
2.we start processing your application June 15,2015
3.we sent you correspondence on July 26 2015
4.Medical results have been received

Please give valuable reply for my passport if i raise Manila CSE for passport renew.

how do i prove that i have cancelled the contract with VC. Pls advise

Just go to nearest Thana and do a G.D against VC that they have cheated you. They told you before applying that they are authorized agent and accordingly you took their help. Later you came to know that they are just fraud and that's why you cancelled the agreement with them and did this GD. Send the GD copy to them by raising CSE.

Arrange to change your mailing address from VC and use your own home/Office address soonest possible.

One November applicant (doing job in Dhaka bank) got rejection for using unauthorized agent namely "British Columbia".

Sgvo sent him PF. But that agent did not inform anything to the applicant. Agent replied itself against PF and consequently got rejection. The applicant did not know anything. When he checked his Ecas, then found correspondence sent/("Decision Made"). He then raised CSE for resending the email. After receiving the email, he came to know all those story ! !

What a fraud ! Cheating by bloody agent to innocent people !

On my Ecas it is written that They got my application on 27th Oct and on a second line they have mentioned that they started working on my file on 14th jan 2015. Got 2 emails and last one was sent on march 2015. Till then no update. Waiting and still waiting.

Hello Group members

I Apllied in FSWP in Nov 2014. recently i did GCMS and found that there is a "Group Name" section where my local agent's name "British Colombia Elephant Road agent" was filled with. I actually applied through this local agent who actually worked with one of the certified immigration consultant Ms. Sharmila Perera and i was assured by them that my application is also under mentioned consultant. They also filled up proper form of Authorized agent for submission to CIC. After getting AOR i suspected them regarding Unauthorized issue and talked with them but they always assured me that they applied my file under Sharmila Perera.. certified immigration consultant.

But after getting GCMS i found the real scenario and then mailed to Ms. Sharmila Perera and she replied my email where she assured me that she had worked with that local agent but now she is not working with them because they cheated with her in many ways. This indicates that she is not handling my application. In the mail she suggested me to let CIC know my issue otherwise my application would be rejected due to unauthorized issue.

Now if i email cic or SGVO regarding my issue with all the proofs (with email of Sharmila Perera and agrrement paper with local agent) then will it be helpful. Or i should wait till CIC send me PF. I need expert advice. This forum has been so useful for many of us.

Raise a CSE as well as email them with all your proof. You have good proof. Provide each and everything and inform them the whole scenario. Give your new address and email for correspondence. Plus follow the advise of the seniors here in this forum.

Don't panic. You'll come out fine. In Sha Allah.

Thats a great news! I would suggest CAD since you are directly landing to Canada. Becayse you may not know what is the exchange rates over there in Canada from USD. So better carry CAD. 

No money exchanger right now in my mind. But who ever you take CAD, make sure you make a receipt from them.

I would suggest to buy USD because CAD buying rate from BD would be higher and also may not be available to buy large amount. However, you can carry few CAD to pay for taxi, porter/trolley etc. You can exchange USD all over CA, even though you can open USD account and deposit the entire USD in your account in CA.
