If they mentioned it to send by email send the scanned copy..
Otherwise
Send courier a original copy or a notarized photocopy.... + a scan copy by email

It is better to send by both way to avoid missing by courier.

No, they did not mention anything regarding how to send the document. Thanks for the quick reply. To send the document by international courier what address should I use?
Is it P.O. Box 845, Robinson Road, Singapore 901645 which was mentioned in the email as mailing address?

Are you a PNP or FSW applicant?

I applied under SINP and currently "in process". medical received on May 20 2015. I am waiting since then for PPR aka passport request.

I understand your confusion...and frustration.
However, I think your NOC's lead statement is only matching 1 year experience.
Did you promote your job or you were working last 5 years in same field and that you provided 5 years job experience letter from your employer.

If not then VO might confused to read your letter. :-\ :-\

I have provided employment certificate from my past & present employer. Both of them are having experience of 2.5 yrs each. The job responsibilities are almost same. So, if they count only one letter, they should have taken experience of 2.5 yrs. No way, there is 1 year experience. That is my confusion.

Assalamualikum everybody. I am a new member in this forum. Please let me know how to update timeline. Moreover, I have been waiting for PPR/DM for 63 days after MR.

My MR updated at site on 12-feb-15 and still burning to get PPR/DM. At this summer this burning is lot and it is just burning.

I was wondering; still I didn't get any notification / mail from Canada Immigration. Does it take long time to process or is there any problem. How I'll be sure that my file is under process / reject. Please help me out that.

Completed MR n paid RPRF on 24th April, 2015. Still ecas is only showing medical received. NO DM AND NO IN PROCESS. WONDER WHY !!!!! :-X :-X :'( ??? ???

Thanks , as per processing estimated time schedule you were expect minimum PER mail 45 days back . So first update your TIMELINE then expert can give advise/opinion .

Dont be so pessimistic brother, if not haji, fakhruddin than may be We shall have the opportunity to treat each other at a street corner Indian food stall in Toronto. Allah knows the best and His chosen way is our way to choose.
For the time being keep the flag of hope high, as we have done so far and keep praying.
