Thanks boss for your reply. So, right now they have awarded me with minimum points for job experience. After verification, they will decide. I was really afraid when i saw that my experience was not met. So, i think it will take more time. So, i think i am safe with my points for minimum requirement.

If you are not eligible then definitely you could receive rejected letter from VO by beginning of this year.
Though there is nothing, means you file is still under process but need to review further for your experience based on you submitted the experience letter.

At this moment VO is counting that you have a year experience but that need to clarify by background checking either by third party agent or by CHC site visit.

There is no any negative output from your GCMS note but it is delay due to their further verification on your experience... thats all.

I received an email from Singapore VO. They are requesting detailed job reference letter.

The following additional supporting documentation is required in 30 days:-
· Detailed employment reference letter from your current employer. The letter(s) should include a detailed list of your duties, responsibilities and clearly indicate the full name, title, business address and contact numbers of the person signing.


I have switched job recently and informed SGVO through CSE. Do I have to send them the required document through courier or send scanned copy through CSE. Experts please advise

What was written in this Text/ Para..? If this note was created after file recvd by SGVO, there should be comments on your experience, spouse, language, education etc. So, this is the most important Note updated by SGVO.


Little bit confusing regarding the experience. If my experience is not met, then i shouldn't have got the PER. But, in the next line, they have awarded me with 9 points for experience (1 yr experience). But, my total experience during the time of application was more than 4 years. Dont understand what is this??

Please Check EVENT and VERIFICATION field... Site visit or interview requirement should be there...


Another thing: in another notes dated on 2014/09/05, it is stated that, "Based on documentation provided, duties performed by PA correspond to the lead statement & main duties for this NOC. PA appears to have a minimum of at least 1 yr of continuous full time paid experience in the last 10 years in this primary occupation. Documentation related to work experience on file - reviewed but not verified"

Above Lines were written by CIC before PER... They determined that you meet experience.. but it should be verified by SGVO...

Experts please help me understanding this issue.

If they mentioned it to send by email send the scanned copy..
Otherwise
Send courier a original copy or a notarized photocopy.... + a scan copy by email

I understand your confusion...and frustration.
However, I think your NOC's lead statement is only matching 1 year experience.
Did you promote your job or you were working last 5 years in same field and that you provided 5 years job experience letter from your employer.

If not then VO might confused to read your letter. :-\ :-\

It is better to send by both way to avoid missing by courier.
