The same thing happen with me last year. When CIO rejected my FSW application. (the mistake was mine. I was not aware of a certain rule)

I think I perfectly know what you are feeling right now. I was so shocked and so disheartened last year nobody else can understand.

But don't give up. If you truly want this thing - never ever give up. But I did not give up last year. I kept my hope alive and applied again this year. I received my PER last month. I know still a long way to go but I will always be optimistic.

Try again. if your documents are ready apply for 2014. If not wait for 2015. Never drop hope.
Can you please explain the reason for the rejection? It'd be so much helpful for anyone wanna apply for PR. so that we can be careful. Thanks

Very tough time until you know the exact situation :)
Best of luck and everything happens for a reason. Don't worry even if it's a bad news.

Brother can you please let us know more about the certain rule?

So that some of us here can be more careful?

Thanks a lot.

Well, in 2013 I found in CIC website that spouse needs only average Band 4 in IELTS. But I did not found the breakdown. (may be it was mentioned in some other page). My spouse had band '6' in average but band '4' in Listening. So, I thought that would be enough. but after rejection I find out that in Listening they required a minimum band 4.5 individually, no matter what the average. So this year I have applied with the same file with only new IELTS score.

Don't know what will happen this year...

I would be really happy for if you receive medical after this. I will pray for you from my heart.

It's just - usually CIC is not so generous to show the status 'Decision made' even before receiving the medical test. That's why I assume it might be bad news.

I really wish its not.

You are absolutely right. Coz if they issue médical the statuts would be : Médical Requestéd. Moreover, visa offices are now using e-Mail correspondence for ppr & médical. One positive sign, usually visa office allows 60 days time to reply, if they have any query. Decision made, is confusing. But wé all pray to God, for his good news.
Good Luck.

That means you got less than 67 with that previous ielts score (spouse), right?
Because spouse IELTS is not mandatory unless you need points from there!

Please clarify!

Off course its not mandatory and you'r right - my score was below 67 last year without spouse IELTS.

I didn't understand one thing, if u have shortage of points, i.e. if ur score is below 67, then ur application should be returned from CIC, Sydney, NS. But Why ur's one returned from SGVO? Pls notify. Wé can have clear msg.
Waiting for ur reply.
Good luck

kindly comment about 2132(mechanical engineer) if applied now?

HI,
hope u all r well.

I had applied for federal skilled worker program this year under NOC code-2133. but unfortunately they rejected my application due to mismatch between job duty provided by them in circular and mine submitted to them (job responsibility and appointment letter provided my company at time of joining). since i have rejected in this category now i wanted to apply under different category under different NOC code. is it possible now with same old documents? in addition i want to add that i have checked all my documents and found they are all being punched by punch machine which includes my and my spouses IELTS score sheet (except bank draft). is this will be a problem? can i resend the same punched document? because its not possible to collect all this document in short time.

Please reply and suggest me what can I do now. Thanks in advance.

If it's the fact for your application rejection than of course you can apply to different noc which your job duties matches. Not only that you can apply multiple noc seperayely. Make sure your job responsibilities matches this time :) all you need to do is write a cover letter explaining your previous reason for rejection or mention any previous file number. Don't hide anything which is very important.
My wonder is why on earth they punched your documents??
