stil no 2nd aor and status showing received by visa office,,,,anyone can suggest wha t is going on?

They have not yet issued the 2nd AOR, they are still busy with sending MR's to last year's Post June 2010 and Pre June 2010 applicants. Ecas's Received by VO means they have received your file.

present processing time for the pre june is 14 months , do the cic really maintain this time line.

this reply is available whose full file send and 14 months gone. please do not count the bfd of some NOC. old forum members whose file takes more than 14 months , please reply

I've sent full docu in Aug 2010...so near to a year. Yet to receive MR

I am recently married and my passport is on the way to reissue.
1) Should I wait to receive my MR or send the above mentioned docu to VO?
2) Do I need to send the notarized copies of these ?

How long now it takes to get medical request after status changed to "IN Process"?

Currently the focus is on pre June 26, 2010 and till December 2010 applicants. Also another factor to consider is whether or not your NOC is in demand right now. My idea is as you've already waited enough and CIC wants to finalize cases in 12-14 months but unfortunately, your designated occupation isn't in high demand, so it might take a while. I would say you have to wait for another 1 month - 6 months for the next communication (MR, RPRF) from the SVO.

Have patience, this is only a theory. A lot of time luck is very important. Inshallah you will have your dreams fulfilled soon. Take care.

How long now it takes to get medical request after status changed to "IN Process"?

Sometimes its taking 1 or 2 weeks and sometimes it may take 2 / 3 months. Actually its dpend on the VO.
We have also seen in verious cases that peoples are waiting for the medical request whose status changed to in process since long.
Please dont loose the hope. Best wishes for you.

Dear all,

After a long waiting , finally I got the visa yesterday by the blessing of almighty.

Here is my timeline.

NOC Code:3112;
Application was received by CIO, Novascotia on 13 Oct'09 which was sent from BD on 5 Oct' 09 by FedEx;
1st AOR was received through E-mail on 14 Dec'09;
Documents were sent to SVO by DHL on 02 Jan'10;
2nd AOR was received on 17 Jan'10 which was sent by SVO on 08 Jan'10 through Airmail ;
Medical Exam. was requested on 02 Mar'11 which was posted by SVO on 7 Mar'11 through Airmail and reached BD on 13 Mar'11.E-case started to show in-process from 22 Feb'11
Medical was done on 19 Mar'11 and RPRF, Net Worth Statement,Banksolvency certifacte(12 Months Bank Statement of a savings account and Two Fixed Deposit Receipts) and Photographs were sent on 21 Mar'11 through DHL;
Passports were requested by SVO on 16 May'11 through a registered mail which reached at BD on 25 May'11;
Passports were submitted at CHC, Dhaka on 29 May'11;
Another request from SVO for submitting photographs was received on 09 June'11 through Airmail which was posted by SVO on 06 June'11;
Registered letter dated 06 June'11 to pick up passports(stamped with visa on 06 June'11) was received on 14 July'11. This letter was posted by CHC, Dhaka on 12 July'11 .

My profession is not in 29 demand list of Canada. My spouse have M.SC in social science but don't have any professional experience in that profession.
But we are seriously looking for immigration. What can we do now? One of my very close friend work in an NGO. He suggest us to submit file where my spouse will be primary applicant and he will provide necessary documents from his organization where he will show that my wife working in his organization for the last 5 years as social worker.

Now my question is:
1. Can we apply in that way as "Social Worker"?
2. Will they verify all documents?
3. If they made phone call to the referees -- no issue? But if they physically come to investigate then it will be a problem. Do they come physically to investigate???
4. Till now only 10 out of 500 allowed quota for "Social Worker" filled up. If we are planning to submit the file in Septembor, will we be in that 500 quota?

Please somebody come up and suggest us. Can we apply at this way.

NOC 4152 Social worker is best for her. pls. check job description and details .
All documents and information should be verify , but not clear teleohone call or physically investigate
May be by September you can proceed to reach before 500 CAP
