My ppr mail contain attached 9 pdf page. In my PPR mail, the photo specification might different from others as follows-

Please:
 enclose two (2) photographs in a small envelope (use a separate envelope for each
applicant);
 do not write on the back of the photographs;
 do not staple, scratch, bend or leave any ink mark on the photographs;
 write the application number and the applicant's name on the envelope.

My query-
1. It said not to write anything on the backside, and request 2 copy of photo. I found others PPR mail ask a photo with name, DOB, date of photo taken etc on the backside. what should I do now? According to mail, I need to send 2 photos with blank backside. Am I right?
2. Another query is about application number on the envelope. Should I write the individual application no of my spouse and dependent, or I should write the principal applicant number to all envelope. Please suggest.

Yes it could be different as their requirement.
That is the reason you need follow as per their requirement from their email to you.

1. Follow as the email.
2. Separate envelop for every UCI# as individual applicant.

Why CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) has not made any more draws from Express Entry since April 17th, 2015?
CIC has an annual target number (not a quota, but a rough number only) of immigrants to bring into Canada. For 2015, it is between 260,000 and 285,000. Out of that total rough number, CIC is looking to select about 65% for economic applicants. The initial plan was to select them (roughly 185,000 economic immigrants) via new Express Entry system. So, why has CIC not selected applicants via Express Entry since April 17, 2015?
One of the main problems is the backlog in application processing – those applications were received by CIC until December 31, 2014. CIC anticipates more than 50% of 2015 economic immigrants would be covered by those backlogged applicants. Therefore, in fact, there is less than 90,000 applicants CIC would seek via Express Entry; if you take into account for any provincial nominee programs that are outside of Express Entry system, the number is much less than 90,000 applicants.
Furthermore, CIC anticipates to draw between 15 and 25 times in 2015. If 15 is the more accurate number of draws, then CIC already have done more than 50% of draws – 8 out 15.
Finally, a lot of provinces are still working out how to incorporate their provincial nominee program into Express Entry, such as Ontario.
With all these factors, CIC is cautious as to when to make next draw and how many applicants to invite because they wish to meet their promise of “6 months or less processing time” under Express Entry system.

The point is you need to separate envelop by individual and need to write down top of envelop by 1) name, 2) DOB, 3) Appl # /UCI# or 4) Passport # etc that means VO can segregate them per person.

Many thanks to all to wish me.I was so much frustrated for last one year by waiting for Australia 189 immigration, though my medical was called 5 months before. When my frustration was in the pick situation, then Allah give me this gift of Canada PPR. I hope you all who are waiting for MR and PPR , will get good news very shortly. Inshallah I will send my passport by VFS tomorrow. Please pray for me , If I can get passport with visa successfully.

Congratulation for getting PPR.

regarding your second query, you can write down the application number and applicant name on the envelop. Please note, application no. is same for all that you applied. UCI# is different for individuals.
