As I understand that Security Clearance means each applicant aged 18 or over for PR Visa needs to undergo to prove that he or she is not criminally inadmissible.

PCC is one of them but initially it is treating as non-criminal activity but must be obtained from the country of current residence and from each country in which the applicant has resided for more than 6 months since his or her 18th birthday.

All applicants for Canada immigration must also undergo a background clearance to weed out those who have been, or are involved in espionage, subversion or terrorism. This is to ensure that the safety and order of Canadian society are maintained and protected. Such security screening decisions are made based on information from every available source, which is then carefully weighed to determine whether an applicant is likely to threaten the internal security of Canada.

Actually I have long travel history.. I have heard from someone in this forum that they will check with each and every country applicants have ever visited.. and the more country you have visited the process will be longer..

So I was wondering whether this check (traveled countries) falls in Criminality or Security..

Please find the Bangladesh Bank Circular regarding Foreign exchange rule published on Date: April 06 , 2014 (ref: FE Circular No. 17)

Release of foreign exchange for private travel abroad

Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to paragraph 1(ii), chapter 12 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2009, Vol-1 read with FE Circular No. 24, dated December 02, 2009 and FE Circular No. 09, dated August 27, 2012 regarding annual travel entitlement of resident Bangladesh nationals for private travel abroad.

It has been decided to enhance this global private travel entitlement to US$ 12,000 per adult passenger during a calendar year, with upto US$ 5,000 or equivalent for travel to SAARC member countries and Myanmar and upto US$ 7,000 or equivalent for travel to other countries. As before, for minors (below 12 years in age) the applicable quota will be half the amount admissible for adults.

After some day a reversed circular published which says that one can carry USD 5000 in cash form and the rest in any form other than USD amount. the circular was issued on 11 February, 2015 (ref: FEPD Circular No. 02 : Release of foreign exchange in form of US Dollar note) at the below link (http://www.bangladesh-bank.org/mediaroom/circulars/circulars.php#)
