Dear Seniors:

I had submitted my application under NOC-2171 which was received by MIKE on 8-Oct-2014, now I can see from CIC site that the specified CAP is already filled and since I didn't get any email so far I believe I have no hope to be eligible for this year (year 2014).

Can anyone please help me on how I will know the status of my application and how to get the refund, also how to be the applicant for next year (year 2015, if possible).

Little help will be really appreciated.

GOT AOR on 17-November. DOnt get Medical yet. Can anyone tell me how long it may take to have medical requests?

I am FSW 2173. Its software Engineers.
I think it will be nice if all IT professionals(I mean same professions) communicate each other and discuss about the job markets and other plans.

Dear Brothers

As my wife is not accompanying me, beside Background Declaration and additional family information do i need any other forms to fill up?

In Additional family information Section A for Applicants name: is it my name or her?

In Generic Application, Dependents section, do I need to fill up section 12 dependent type for my wife?

Please help me.
