For couple unmarried but living together under the same roof need to fill up the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409). If it is not applicable to you, you don't need to fill it up and don't need to include it in the application.

okay then for my wife I do not need to complete this form. another question is I need to send my ECA report. do I need to send ECA report for my wife too? she is also full time job holder. do I need to fill her NOC code too with her job experience signed from her employer?? because I have collected all these already in case needed. another question is what to write in the occupation? my NOC code is 2281, and I am an engineer. so should I write engineer in occupation or private job holder as I am in a private company or as per my job position (Operations & Maintenance Engineer) or any of the examples given in NOC code such as
•network administrator
•network controller
•network operator
etc.

For her occupation, look into http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/Welcome.aspx ;

Either write "Computer network technicians" or "Operations & Maintenance Engineer" against your occupation.

You need to send pages where your names, address, details etc are there plus any amendment page. Notary is optional.

Bhaia, If i want to notarize the photocopy of my passport, is it good enough to notarize the first page of the passport, or every pages (like my used visa pages) i am sending will b needing this? Thanks in advance.

Just checked the Spreadsheet. under the tab 'apps by the NOC/ caps estimates' it shows 33 beside my NOC. does it mean till date 33 applicants have applied for this NOC? correct me if um wrong. another thing is that if i can manage to send my application by august 15, 2014, do i have any chance under noc 0112??? thanks..

I think, there is no schedule of CIIP in Dhaka yet. If number of registration increases, then they will launch session.

Register online and also asked other to register.

Yes, as it is cold NOC, you can send your documents on August 15 and definitely you will be within cap.

Nope ur idea is not correct fully....This is the number of the applicant whom are attended on this thread...

As per last yr's exp there were 20% applicants of the whole world attended on here...So u can multiply by 5-6 times of that number to get a close estimation...


And ur NOC is so far a cold one...So no need to worry for the CAP...Just apply fast..

I have elementary:5 years;Secondary:7 years and Bachelor+Masters4+1.5)5.5 years.That means
5+7+5.5
But the field does not accept any (.) or fraction.So any experienced person can give me any suggestion regarding this problem.

You got two option: either write 17 yrs or write 18 yrs. It is not a major issue for this, it won't harm your application.

What I suggest, in the box, provide 6 years (University/College) but while describing period, state it correctly. You can even attach a stick-it note on this page for the explanation.

Hi,Thanks for your suggestion.I need to know two more things:
1)How can I attach a stick-it note?Is it in simple white paper mentioning the field name with explanation?Should I indicate anything in main Form for the additional note?
2)Do I need to submit the Job description letter along with my experience letter?
