Sorry for being late in responding your query.

you need not to enter China for CIIP Session. CIIP China will arrange a session in your country, provided you arrange 16 - 20 People of your country to register with CIIP.

It is a free session. It is funded by Government of Canada. Convince your country people by the forum, email, personal connection etc. and manage 16 - 20 person to register and arrange a session by communicating CIIP, China follow the links in my previous post.

Dear Indianajones,

In my case the status after medical never changed till I got my visa stamped. Now it is only showing DM from last tuesday. Untill then it was in process. So dont think about the change in ur status.....as they may update it or not.

Usually it takes 1.5-2 months to get PPR after medical. If everything is ok you will get PPR within this period. If not then it may delay more. In my case it took almost 3 months to get PPR as they requested IMM5669 again.

Classical_beat already gave solution for this problem 2-3 days back. If u r using banglalion connection then u will have to change ur DNS server address to

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
