2. Police Clearance Certificate
3. 4 Recent Passport Photos
4. RPRF
5. Personal Net worth Statement.

i have a query:
they ask for 4 passport photos which size is 3.5cmx4.5cm
what will we do with these photos? Send it to the physician or to Sing VO?

In my case they asked for 4 copies P.P size photos for the Medical exam where the doctor only took 2 and 3 copies of 35x45 size photos to send to SGVO . They also send a photo specification page exclusively for the 35x45 sized photos where again they wrote 3 copies by pen .
