Hello. Just to know if there's something I'm missing here.

Different profiles with different NOCs but everything else being the same.... those profiles will have the same EE score, right? What is the advantage of having more than one profile with same score?

Hmm... What my thought is... Like for example all plumbers around the world scores high in the pool than obviously canada won't invite millions of plumbers all year round. There must be a global cap against each category to balance all noc. So if anyone with lower scores than a plumber with a job offer or potential skill will also be invited even they have lower scores than plumber. They would limit the invite each month for each category to balance this and they have to otherwise possibly some certain noc will get all those invite and even though canada need other skilled worker but for scoring low in pool they won't get invite which is not logical. Hope I cleared it out. :)

What are the minumum points required for Express Entry?

It's not revealed yet bit for now it seems there's no minimum points but There would be some minimum requirement like they already said your occupation must be NOC 0, A or B and for FSW you must score CLB 7 in language. Let's wait for the EE to launch, it's only 15 days more :)

do we have to get our spouse education documents also evaluated by WES too? or only applicant...

Hi,

I applied for FSW 2014 in NOC 2171. My applicaton reached on 24 Nov 2014. The CAP for the occupaton got full few days before my application was delivered.

I have not heard from CIC and Express Entry starts from 1st Jan.

Will CIC process my application under Express Entry or will they send my documents back.

Does any one have a clue.

Hi all

I applied for fswp 2014. My documents reached cic in September 2014. Soon the category was filled. So I am hoping they will send all my documents back to my address.

1. Can anyone let me know how long will they take for them to send documents back as I have not yet received my documents back?

2. I want to apply again under EE. Can I fill my profile and follow all other procedure even though I don't receive my documents back before 1st Jan 2015?

Thank you

Hi all

I have sent documents to WES for spouse education assessment as I am planning to claim points for it.

1. Will I be able to fill my profile on 1st Jan without claiming spouse education points?

2. Later on after I receive WES assessment for spouse, Will I be able to edit my profile data for adding respective points?

3. Will the same rule of editing a profile be valid even after you are into the pool?

Thank you

Yes you can. Make sure you edit the correct information once you get the wes report. You can edit any information on EE profile before getting ITA.
If they ask for WES ref or date of wes assessment and you got invite before even correct the date or ref than the VO will have a very strong ground to reject your application later in any stage if they find out you created EE profile with false information or misrepresented. It often happens in Australian immigration process as they have EOI also.

Is there any difference between LMIA for Temporary Work Permit and EE?
What should be mentioned on the LMIA document to be eligible for EE application?
