What is the Canada eligibility requirements of Canada’s Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). While the FSWP still exists and the pass-mark of 67 remains the same for entering the EE pool?

Quick EE guide:

1. Read "How Express Entry will work"

2. Determine what economic program are you elegible for: FSWP, FST, CEC. To enter EE you must be eligible for at least one of these.
If you classify for one then you're are eligible in EE and makes sense to create your EE profile.

3. Resolve basic requisites (these are required to be able to fill out your EE profile):
3.1 Take a language test (IELTS for most people)
3.2 Get your Education Credential Assessment (ECA)

4. Calculate your EE score.

As I understand FSWP requirements will remain the same. The list of eligible occupations and caps will disappear but the rest remains in place, including the pass mark of 67 points.

However CIC's website have the final word on January 1st.

Reading : 7.5 = CLB 9 (29 points)
Writing : 7.0 = CLB 9 (29 points)
Speacking : 6.5 = CLB 8 (22 points)

Language points (with spouse) = 22 + 29 + 29 + 22 = 102

My CRS score is 385 (without spouse) and 376 (with spouse).
So Should I apply without my wife? Will this create any issues in the future ?

I have got only 376 points out of 600 points.

I already applied in FSW-14, but the cap got full till they reach to my application.

I do not know if EE is going to be helpful for the candidates like me or not.....

Can anyone please tell the chances for the score 376 ?

Look at the summary. The big fight is expected to be between 350-400, where most candidates will stand. Your score of 376 points is not bad since the median was 366. Don't get discouraged. Check for yourself and share....

It is still a mystery how helpful EE is going to be for candidates below 400. It all depends on how many ITAs will be issued and for which NOCs, which remains unknown as far as I know.

My query is whether i have to again go for my ECA and Ielts as i have already done that in FSW canada PR.
Does WES and British council provide us with additional original copies as well??
Please help.

The draw will continue with the pool members after certain interval. and a profile will remain valid 1 year in the pool.

I hope you have kept photocopy of WES and IELTS. To create EE profile, u will need reference number from these two documents. Hard copies may be requested after u get Invitation to apply. You can order additional WES copies for a fee from WES website, and ask for additional copies of ielts test report from where u took ielts.

as with other documents, you'll need to be ready with passports, police clearance, job reference letters etc.
