Hi Folks,

I am filing my LMIA this week. So once the express entry is launched can I go ahead and file my PR in Express Entry Jan 2015 stating my LMIA is in progress?
Or should I need to wait for the LMIA response?

Under express entry system, a candidate can show multiple occupatios. So your husband can show both.

You cannot create a job account right now. Some people say that starting from next week we will be able to create a job bank account but the job match service will start on March 2015

Hi Guys,

For those who already applied PR under FSW Program and having doubt whether we can proceed with EE System also, the following is the conclusion.

Q) Does a candidate with an application currently in process for immigration to Canada under one of the economic immigration programs need to re-apply once Express Entry comes into operation?

Ans.) No. If a candidate is eligible for a Canadian economic immigration program, such as the Federal Skilled Worker Program, in its current format and submits an application before December 31, 2014, his or her application will be processed without the candidate being required to create an Express Entry profile.

No additional points for Canadian education. But yes, you do score points for your education according to the CRS calculator:
