Have to bring this question up again: What are the official CLB10 IELTS marks?

ieltsessentials.com says L8.5 R8.0 W7.5 S7.5
Is this official enough? Seems to me CIC lists only up to CLB9 and never mentions CLB10 or above.
Any more reliable resource I can refer to? Thanks.

CIC does mention CLB 10 on the Comprehensive Ranking System for EE. See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp. You get more ranking points if you have "CLB 10 or above". However, you are right in that CIC does not mention the equivalency between CLB 10 and IELTS.

Right... Actually there is a confusion regarding qualifying for express entry pool. They already gave some hing that not everyone would be considered for express entry pool. And I guess the IELTS matter quite clearly disclosed in here:

I myself didn't go for FSW this year and waited for EE but now actually I am confused about that. Also PnP is excluded from EE but some province indicated they will consider people who have already been considered for Express Entry pool only, that mean to qualify any of the program- FSW, FST OR CEC. Confused... If you get any clear clue please let me know. Thanks

The minimun language requirement depends on what specific economic program you wish to apply for. EE is a gateway to these programs.

EE gives you points starting from CLB 4 and above, but each economic stream has its language requirements that you must fulfill to be elegible.

- The FSWP requires CLB 7 as minimum.
- The FSTP requires CLB 5 for Speaking/Listening and CLB 4 for Reading/Writing.
- CEC requires CLB 7 if your canadian experience is in a NOC type 0 or level A job; and CLB 5 if the experience is in a level B job.

So I just want to know if R, W, L-6 and S-6.5 does meet CLB 7 for each module..

To be eligible in EE you must be eligible for one of three available economic programs: Federal Skilled Worker (FSWP), Federal Skill Trades (FSTP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

Your occupation, 0911, is an eligible one for FSWP, so you must check carefully the requisites of this program.

I could tell you in advanced that you do not currently fulfill the minimum language level of CLB 7 for FSWP. For this you need at least 6.0 ielts band in all abilities. You must improve that 5.5 and take it to 6.0 ielts band.

Please read the official information by yourself and confirm all of this. No one is better than yourself to check your eligibility.
