How to know if your occupation is elegible for economic inmigration:

2 - Determine if your code is a "skilled" one:
If the first digit is 0 (zero)

The second digit is 0,1,2

They also say that EE covers a portion of PNP... And by the time I get the one year experience.. My PNP would have been expired for two months already...

To be invited in Express Entry you must be elegible for one of three economic programs: Skilled Worker, Skilled Trades, CEC.

You would make a strong Skilled Worker candidate but you have one requirement missing: "at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience "; which is the same factor that prevents you from being elegible under CEC. As I understand, even with a job offer or province nomination you need this experience wich is a basic requirement. Despite your 948 points in Express Entry ranking, seems you are not elegible -yet- as economic inmigrant. Seven more months working on Canada and are you're ready to go through Skilled Worker Program or CEC.

روش امتیاز بندی ورود سریع 2015
در این برنامه مبنای امتیاز بندی ها تغییر کرده است در سیستم قبلی حداکثر 100 امتیاز وجو داشت.(شما باید 67 امتیاز برای قبولی بدست می آوردید)، ولی در برنامه جدید حداکثر 1200 امتیاز وجود خواهد داشت. که 500 امتیاز به فاکتورهای فردی متقاضی تعلق می گیرد. اگر متقاضی متاهل باشد 460 امتیاز به فاکتورهای فردی متقاضی و 40 امتیاز به فاکتورهای همسر او تعلق می گیرد.

سن»

حداکثر 110 امتیاز فرد می تواند کسب کند. که بیشترین امتیاز به سن 20تا29 تعلق می گیرد.متقاضیانی که کمتر از 18 و بیش از 44 سال سن داشته باشند امتیازی را کسب نخواهند کرد.



تحصبلات»

حداکثر 150 امتیاز به نوع مدرک و سطح آن تعلق می گیرد.



دانش زبان (زبان اول)»

حداکثر 136 امتیاز به دانش زبان شما با ارائه مدرک انگلیسی IELTS یا فرانسه TEF تعلق می گیرد، یعنی شما از هرکدام از مهارتهای speaking, writing, listening and reading می توانید 34 امتیاز و مجموعا 136 امتیاز کسب کنید.



دانش زبان (زبان دوم)»

حداکثر 24 امتیاز به دانش زبان شما با ارائه مدرک انگلیسی IELTS یا فرانسه TEF تعلق می گیرد، یعنی شما از هرکدام از مهارتهای speaking, writing, listening and reading می توانید 6 امتیاز و مجموعا 24 امتیاز کسب کنید.



تجربه کار در کانادا»

حداکثر 80 امتیاز براساس تعداد سال های کارکرد شما در کانادا تعلق می گیرد. این امتیاز بر مبنای حرفه شما براساس کد های NOC میباشد.



جزئیات امتیاز متقاضی اصلی (متاهل): (500 امتیاز)

سن»

حداکثر 128 امتیاز به دانش زبان شما با ارائه مدرک انگلیسی IELTS یا فرانسه TEF تعلق می گیرد، یعنی شما از هرکدام از مهارتهای speaking, writing, listening and reading می توانید 32 امتیاز و مجموعا 128 امتیاز کسب کنید.همچنین 20 امتیاز نسبت به دانش زبان همسر شما در انگلیسی یا فرانسه محاسبه می شود که برای هر مهارت 5 امتیاز خواهید داشت.



دانش زبان (زبان دوم)»

حداکثر 20 امتیاز به دانش زبان شما با ارائه مدرک انگلیسی IELTS یا فرانسه TEF تعلق می گیرد، یعنی شما از هرکدام از مهارتهای speaking, writing, listening and reading می توانید 5 امتیاز و مجموعا 20 امتیاز کسب کنید.



تجربه کار در کانادا»

حداکثر 70 امتیاز براساس تعداد سال های کارکرد شما در کانادا تعلق می گیرد. این امتیاز بر مبنای حرفه شما براساس کد های NOC میباشد.همچنین همسر شما نیز از این بخش 10 امتیاز کسب می کند اگر سابقه کار در کانادا داشته باشد.


فرد مورد نظر باید از موارد زیر نیز مدرک داشته باشد تا امتیاز بگیرد، ولی لینکی که من در موسسه گنجی دیدم بهتر بود.
الان بیشتر وکیل ها هنوز نمیدونن که چجوری باید اقدام کرد ولی من با خود اقای گنجی که وکیل تو کانادا و تهران هم هست صبحت کردم و اونا بیشتر می دونستن توس ایتشون هم امتیاز بندی بود آنلاین هم میشه حساب کرد


فاکتورهای مهارتی:

براساس سیستم CRS از این بخش 500 امتیاز کسب می کنید. این 500 امتیاز از 5 بخش کسب خواهد شد. و حداکثر 50 امتیاز.5بخش به شرح زیر هستند:

- تحصیلات + دانش زبان

- سابقه کار کانادایی+تحصیلات

- دانش زبان+تجربه کار خارجی

- تجربه کار کانادایی+تجربه کار خارجی

- مدارک فنی (برای مشاغل حرفه ای)

Do i need to send all the original certificate and Marksheet to WES? what if i I verified all my duplicate (photocopy of original certificate/transcript) certificate/ transcript by my controller of the examiner then send to WES will that work?

Photocopy of you transcripts and certificate attested by exam controller and put in a sealed envelope then send it to WES

You're totally right. PNP is another independent stream also connected to Express Entry. You meet Alberta's requirements and you have your nomination so you are ready. Please confirm this. I'm just another candidate trying to help. Good luck!

Thank you mramosr85, here is the info: Note: All prospective candidates (whether PNP applicants or not) must meet the criteria of at least one of the federal immigration programs managed through Express Entry in order to enter the pool, and must submit their application online.

So i guess I cannot apply through EE now

You're totally right. PNP is another independent stream also connected to Express Entry. You meet Alberta's requirements and you have your nomination so you are ready. Please confirm this. I'm just another candidate trying to help. Good luck!

The minimun language requirement depends on what specific economic program you wish to apply for. EE is a gateway to these programs.

EE gives you points starting from CLB 4 and above, but each economic stream has its language requirements that you must fulfill to be elegible.

- The FSWP requires CLB 7 as minimum.
- The FSTP requires CLB 5 for Speaking/Listening and CLB 4 for Reading/Writing.
- CEC requires CLB 7 if your canadian experience is in a NOC type 0 or level A job; and CLB 5 if the experience is in a level B job.

You don't have the required language for the FSWP (because of your Writing, you will need a band of 6.0 here); but you do for FSTP. But language is only one factor, you must have also an elegible occupation and other stuff. Now see if your work experience is in a Trade occupation and you might be elegible under FSTP. If your work experience corresponds to FSWP instead, you must meet the CLB 7 on your writing.

I belong to NOC-B, my IELTS score is CLB-6.

I guess its unfair for having two different IELTS requirements for NOC-B in FSWP and CEC.

Since most of the PNP are okay with CLB6 for Skilled workers, how does EE aligns with PNP IELTS.
Hoping to see if it really helps in EE for NOC-B category candidates or at least PNP.
