Also, in the EE Eligibility Notes section (Towards the last few pages of the document), I see this -

RECOMMENDATION: *** Appears to meet requirements*** A11.2: MET R87: APPEARS TO MEET R75: APPEARS TO MEET R76: Selection Criteria - FSW POINTS: APPEARS TO MEET R76: Selection Criteria - FUNDS: SETTLEMENT FUNDS ARE MET. MEDICAL: ALL VALID. Ready to Finalize ___________

What are the next steps that I can anticipate ? What does "Ready to Finalize" in the notes indicate ?

"Ready to Finalize" or RFV indicates that based on the eligibility the application is ready to be finalized subject to remaining checks such as criminality, info sharing and security.

Good day everyone.

Please, my AOR is April 2021 (PNP - O)

When I received my GCMS notes in October 2021, the visa offices were CIO and Ottawa.

I just got the response to a webform I raised in December 2021 and the visa office is now Accra, Ghana.

(i.) Is it possible that the file has been approved and Accra is just to send the PPR mail?

(ii.) Or would Accra further-process the file?

@legalfalcon Please assist.

Thank you.
Which month did your application move to Accra?

Hi everyone. I don’t know if this is the right thread but I was assigned this office too but I’m FSW Outland with aor November 2019, anyone with this who recently got ppr? Got remedicals November 20 and passed december 29th

Hello @legalfalcon do you have any idea if requesting GCMS notes is back to 30 - 40 days or is it still taking longer?

GCMS notes from IRCC are taking way longer, 60-120 days in some cases. Instead, consider requesting your GCMS notes from CBSA.

CBSA may seek an extension of 30-45 days, but they will release it within the time extension frame, unlike IRCC where you have no idea.

Hi @legalfalcon, could you please give your idea about my application?
My AOR is November 2019..i am inside canada with my family, I had remedical request for my son that is passed and updated in October 2021. No updates afterwards. Recently I came to know though ircc agent that all the assessments are passed, decision has been made in October as after medical passed and extended for all of us.
But still I m waiting for COPRs.
What could be the reason not to get any emails/ confirmation so far? What can I do in this case?
Moreover my work permits going to expire in first week of February
I would really appreciate your help
Thank you

Hello @legalfalcon I used a gift deed for my application in Feb 2020. My eligibility is passed but I have used some the funds. Can I still use a deed again if I'm requested to send an updated POF? Are they any negatives?

"Ready to Finalize" or RFV indicates that based on the eligibility the application is ready to be finalized subject to remaining checks such as criminality, info sharing and security.

Hi @legalfalcon What if the GCMS notes do not have the ready to finalize statement? Is this an issue?

If the GCMS shows RR for Stat Question and the Ready to finalize statement is not written.

Could this cause a delay? Does it mean that the application will be placed on hold? While other applications are being tended to?

ready to finalize only means that based on the eligibility the application is ready to be finalized given that all other checks are passed. Each note is different and it need not have ready to finalize, some only have RVF or passed etc.

Hi Team, I had requested for GCMS notes in November 2021, not heard yet. It says Request overdue, due daye, 6 Dec 2021
Your file is overdue. Here are some reasons why requests get delayed and one or more of the reasons below may apply to your request. Continue reading to review what the next estimated due dates can be.
Administrative delay etc.....

Can you please help to understand what is this?
I even requested and paid for Case Management enquiry, but no further action.

Submitted PR application: may 2019
Biometrics: feb 2020
Awaiting since then.
Thanks, Regards, Dr. Gurleen Kaur
