Eligibility -Passed
Security
Criminality -Passed
Medical- Passed
Info sharing - Complete
Final- Approved

I can see document no. in document issuance section and visa sticker but Status of document is cancelled.
Please elaborate

How long is it taking on an average to receive GCMS notes from IRCC these days ? I just placed a request via getgcms.com for my notes ...

Under the Access to Information Act, IRCC has 30 days to release the GCMS notes in accordance with section 7 of the Access to Information Act. Section 7 states:

Where access to a record is requested under this Part, the head of the government institution to which the request is made shall, subject to sections 8 and 9, within 30 days after the request is received,

Delays with IRCC are very common. Each year, IRCC publishes its ATIP report that informs how many requests it received and the average time frame within which the information was released. As per the last published report, between 2019-2020, 49% of the requests filed with IRCC took longer than 30 days to be released, 32% took between 30-60 days, 11% took 60-120 days and 6% took longer than 120 days. IF the status of the document is cancelled, then your application was reopened and after the final review is done to ensure that your meds are valid and other checks are valid new documents will be issued.

Some applicants are getting remed requests or requests for Sch A.

2.)PA Counter foil required :_ YES means?
3) eligibility assessment (NOt started) dua date for PA- Showing Feb22/2021. Why it was showing 2021 year. any idea??

Could anyone please help me to understand on which stage file stands ? It says review req for "Marriage Certificate" , did anyone had a similar flagged document ? and Lastly, why my Eligibility is blank ?

Good day everyone.

Please, my AOR is April 2021 (PNP - O)

When I received my GCMS notes in October 2021, the visa offices were CIO and Ottawa.

I just got the response to a webform I raised in December 2021 and the visa office is now Accra, Ghana.

(i.) Is it possible that the file has been approved and Accra is just to send the PPR mail?

(ii.) Or would Accra further-process the file?

@legalfalcon Please assist.
