The Note 3 is your R10 or completeness check.

Note 2 is eligibility and everything seems to be fine.

Currently there are significant delays in process, and as per the January 19, 2021 update, IRCC is only working on CEC applications.

@legalfalcon You see in Activity 2, it says A11.2 met, does it mean conclusively passed? Can you please guide the difference in Met and Conclusively Passed?

Hi. The application status looks good. When an officer passes the Eligibility review stage it will look like this

Anyone applied for notes from ApplyGCMS? It’s been 37 days for me and the status now says IRCC requested extension. I’m wondering if this third party website is a scam or not. I should have done my research before but the website looked so legit!

You can read about such time extensions from IRCC here https://bit.ly/2NmpUjP

Hi guys, just got my GCMS notes. Ordered on 28 Dec from GetGCMS. My AOR is on 5 October 2020.
Could u please let me know if everything is good? I answered YES to STAT question for previous US visa refusal in 2010 for not showing enough ties to the home country.

Good day fellas,

I received my GCMS notes this afternoon. Can anyone tell me what information should I look for apart from the attached info to get a better idea about my file?

I have looked at the notes and the first page, can anyone, with better knowledge of understanding these, please interpret these for me?

I am overwhelmed by the amount of information sent in the file.

Appreciate your response guys.

P.s. AOR 24 Sep 2020. CPC Ottawa.

The three simple steps to read your GCMS notes:

1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.

2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6

To read on security see https://bit.ly/2Yep4YE

3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.

Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.

If the note you have posted above is the more recent one, this would be by an assistant / case processing officer or an analyst. As per the notes your eligibility is passed. Now an officer will review the and make a final determination on your eligibility.

As per your notes, A11.2 (eligibility) is met. Also your R75 (FSW) and R76 (FSW MEC) are also met.

You can see my previous post on how eligibility #4,004
