I got my GCMS notes today, and it says:
"Criminality: Passed - Bio"

Does this mean criminality is done for good, or is it one of those "fake" passes?
This simply means that the criminality is passed based on your info, IRCC is yet to make a final determination based on the info they may have in their systems and your PCCs.

Thanks @legalfalcon . I guess I'm still far from getting my case approved...

The notes were ordered on May 1, and it says the last update was on April 4 when my file was transferred to Montreal.
I can't believe my file has been collecting dust for 2 months now..

Dear @legalfalcon

My AOR date is 29 September 2018. The 180-days period has ended on 29 March 2019.

According to the latest GCMS notes that I have ordered from getgcms, the status page shows the following:

ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: (blank)
HIRV: (blank)
Criminality: Passed
Org. Crime: (blank)
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation: (blank)
Info Sharing: complete
Other reqs: (blank)
Final: (blank).

There is s.15(1) on the top right corner.

The admissibilities section looks like below:

ADMISSIBILITIES
SECURITY
SECURITY: 1

UCI: # (my UCI number)
Family Name: (my family name)
Given Name: (my given name)
Type: Security

SECURITY: 2
UCI: # (accompanying spouse's UCI number)
Family Name: (accompanying spouse's family name)
Given Name: (accompanying spouse's given name)
Type: Security

Again, there is s.15(1) on the top right corner of this page as well. There is no mention of security screening at anywhere in the notes.
Would you kindly advise the interpretation of the above? Are we in security screening right now?

Coming to my second question, my accompanying spouse is currently 20-weeks pregnant and the birth is expected to take place around the end of September 2019. We have not informed IRCC regarding the pregnancy yet. Would you kindly advise when is the appropriate time to inform IRCC regarding the pregnancy situation? I have read on several threads that in such circumstances, the application is put on hold until delivery of the baby and submission of the new x-rays post delivery. We normally do not prefer our application to be put on hold as we are ready to land within these weeks/months in the event the PPR is issued. On the other hand, is it a misrepresentation to not inform IRCC during pregnancy?

Thanks in advance for your valuable concern, as always.

Best Regards,

Quorn

My notes say “Recommendation Review required: Stat questions”.

Anyone knows what this means?

Is my eligibility really in "Recommend Passed" status?
Thanks for your help!

Good Day!
My AOR was December 11th 2019. Medical passed 22nd January and Biometrics completed. I then added my spouse to the application in May via CSE webform since I got married.
Last update on application is: The documents you provided have been uploaded.
Estimated completion time: 1 day(s) remaining.
Is it recommended for me to order GCMS notes?
TIA

Thanks for your help!

The eligibility happens in 2 stages. First, an analyst will review the documents and make a recommendation. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer and this is when your eligibility is passed.

So see your notes in the last few pages.

@legalfalcon based on the present trends, when do you suggest I order my notes? Based on a CSE reply and a call, my CIO was NS, Sydney and the file is presently at Ottawa.

Requesting GCMS notes is a a personal preference. However, if you wish to request them, you should request them around 70-90 days post AoR.

If you added your spouse later, i.e. after filing your application, it will take longer then 6 months. If you sent your documents in May, wait until June end to request GCMS.

My notes say “Recommendation Review required: Stat questions”.

Anyone knows what this means?

If you answered yes to any statutory questions, then this is very common.

For sec 15 see

Usually GCMS does not state SS. If you have 2 security entries, then you need not worry. There should be a total of 4.

You DO not have to inform IRCC of pregnancy. You only have to inform IRCC after your child is born, i.e. when your family composition changes.
