@legalfalcon...

On the last few pages on my file there are four important notes out of which first two were related to R10 by same agent and status is "PASSED". Third note is related to Criminality and it also says "PASSED". Last and latest note is related to ***AGENT REVIEW A11.2*** at CIO office which clearly says A11.2 decision: MET (Rest all other criteria are also "MET"). This all has happened on 17th July and on the very next day i.e. on 18th July file was moved to London VO and since then it is waiting to be reviewed and endorsed by local officer at LVO. FINAL ASSESSMENT SECTION on page - 2 is like:

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

QUESTION: based on the above information from notes, eligibility is saying not started because local officer has not touched the file yet? CIO analyst has marked it "MET" though.
QUESTION: considering the feedback and decisions made by analyst at CIO, what are the chances that my application will be approved without further scrutiny?

Every thing passed
eligibility passed
criminality passed
they have my passport since 18 may
and
what does it mean ?

The analyst only makes a recommendation, an IRCC office will have to approve the recommendation before the status will change to 'Passed.' In most cases the analyst's recommendation is approved by the officer.

Yes I received passport request and they asked for two pictures and my heights and eye color

@legalfalcon Just ordered my second set from GET GCMS. Can I see if I am in SS?

You will only see SS, if yo are actually picked up for the SS, not otherwise. In most cases where the BGC is done and there is no need for SS (enhanced).

@legalfalcon I have ordered GCMS through getgcms. In the UCI field I have entered the 8 digit number appearing in my profile, however it did not ask for spouse's UCI which is different? Am I missing anything?

The UCI number is usually for the entire file, and common for the file, unless one of the applicants has filed another application with IRCC. To order GCMS, you only need the primary applicants information.

Hi @legalfalcon ,
Hope this message finds you well.

I've received my GCMS notes from "get gcms" and analysed all the 119 pages of it. But some points are tricky to be understood.
I would like to check if you can help me understand some points that I didn't manage to get my head around it.

=======================================================================

My application changed the Eligibility status a couple of times, from "Calculation in Progress", "Review Required, "Met" and after all of it to "Not Started". It seems to me it changed on the day the application was received by the LVO.

I also attached the notes of the assistant from the CIO. At first, they mentioned that I met all the criteria, but stated in the end "Review Required: Statutory Details located in separate GCMS note". However, I didn't find such mentioned Statutory Details. After one month they added another note that seems to me they assessed as Eligibility MET. However, the status is still "Not Started".

Do you know what it could possibly mean? or Is there any problem with Eligibility?

=======================================================================

Another question is about the Due Date in APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT.
Does it mean my application will be assessed by the LVO on that day?

Hi @legalfalcon

I have two questions:
1. what do s21 and s26 mean on top right of a GCMS notes?
2. Typically how long will take from eligibility and criminality passed to PPR? let's say no security screening.

Thanks.

Hi @legalfalcon , request your guidance.. :)

I just received my GCMS notes. Medicals Passed, Criminality In Progress. Rest all Not Started. From the notes it looks like R10 is complete. Does it mean that document completeness review has been successfully validated (assuming there will be no issues with criminality/eligibility/security ;) ) Request your advise please.

GCMS notes:

Hi @legalfalcon ,

I hope you are doing good sir.

In my notes, there is Assignment section very much at start of notes.

It says Assigned to Rc-9515 (which i know is cpc ottawa)
& due date is 2017/09/21.

Currently, criminality is in progress & rcmp requested on 22 aug & submitted on 31 , with medicals passed.

Your opinion on this Assignment section please?

Regards

Hi!

I was travelling and just got back. Please PM me and we can see what is going on. Can you share your GCMS notes in the PM so that I have access to them, instead of the snapshots. Only if you are comfortable with it.

Hi @legalfalcon

I have two questions:
1. what do s21 and s26 mean on top right of a GCMS notes?
2. Typically how long will take from eligibility and criminality passed to PPR? let's say no security screening.

Thanks.

If you ordered the notes under the Privacy Act, which is you ordered them yourself, you will see s21 and s26.

They are the same corresponding sections from the Access to information act, which are s15 and s 16.

To read more on 15 and 16 see - https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/

The language of the sections are the same, except the number.

Eligibility is usually passed within 4 - 5 months post AoR. The criminality is passed, within the first 2. But this depends if you are inland or outland. If you are inland, then your RCMP will be pending and your eligibility won't be passed for a long time.
