Hello, my application just got rejected due to incorrect NoC. Would it help if I order the notes before submitting a new application? Would there be any reference to the possible correct Noc?
Thanks!

There will be a note specifying that your job duties dint match, and maybe some more info. Never hurts to order and see what exactly. It could also be an error and you can then use it to petition to re-open the case. Can't say much without reading the notes.

Hi legalfalcon,

I have got a request for additional docs (nothing connected to NOC, just schedule A and 5604 form) from the local visa office. Does it mean that my NOC has been verified? I was worried about the relevance of the NOC I chose. Just wondering whether the fact that my case is in the local visa office give me a good sign... though I am ready to order the next set of GCMS notes to check my status in more details, your thoughts would me much appreciated.

Thanks

Schedule A is usually when there is a gap in your personal history or unaccounted period and can be ordered during criminality. NOC is verified during eligibility. So it i better you order and see at what stage the application is.

Hello Friends,
I am Feb 01 2017 applicant........Recently I got GCMS notes on 12th july 2017......In the notes it says
Eligibility :- Recommend Passed
Security :- Not Started
Criminality :- Passed
Medical :- Passed

In the notes I can only see Agent's Comments and Case Analyst's Comments..........Only few days left for completing 6 months......I can not understand what is going on with my application ?? There is no Officer's comment in my GCMS notes......Eligibility was recommended passed in the month of april.......Since last 2.5 months there is no update in my file according to GCMS notes.....................Can anyone tell me what is happening with my application ???? If my eligibility is already Recommended Passed then why they are taking so long ?????

Your answer will be really appreciated......

thanks, will do. My criminality was written as passed in my last GCMS notes a month ago. Oh and I did expect a request for Schedule A, as I was refused a visitor visa once.

The eligibility is done in different steps. The documents are evaluated by a Program analyst who makes a recommendation, which has happened in your case, and then the agent will finally review this, which will finalize it. Your application is awaiting this final review, after which the BGC will start.

Your GCMS notes were generated a few days ago, order another set and you should see some progress.

Schedule a is only asked when there is a gap in your personal history or an unaccounted period.

The due date is usually a system generated date for internal processing and has no relevance. I have seen application move much before it and some have even received PPR before that date. For others, weeks pass by and they see no movement.

Nothing to worry about, just keep a tab on your application, see if your eligibility is passed. If it has, you have already done 90% of the work. Order GCMS at regular intervals and see if there are any updates.

Well, the eligibility is already Recommended Passed......I know it should become Passed........But can you tell me is there any chance of not having eligibility passed after this stage ?? I mean after Recommended Passed stage ??????

The eligibility is recommended passed by a program analyst and this is then reviewed by an officer, who makes the final determination. In most cases, the officer will go with what the recommendation is. However, he does have a discretion to go against, but highly unlikely.

IF you read the note and if there are no "review required" in the note, then you need not worry.

There is no review required in the notes.........Everything is passed .....Even A11.2 and R87.1 Appears Met..................

You are all set then, Just matter of time when you have your eligibility passed and the BGC to start.

Hello Legalfalcon, are you familiar with this:

EE Eligibility: Review Required.

I guess the initial inspection of my employment letter did not satisfy the agent.

But they never ask me for additional documents.

Do you have any idea how long this additional verification may take?

I am already left behind, AOR 7th JAN.

You input is needed
