No this is the first page that mentions ELIGIBILITY (page # 2) page # 1 only shows my name and application number and address and so onDo you have a note which states ELIGIBILITY? It should be before this note.

R10 is OK in the notes! Then the eligibility has not started. So far IRCC has received the confirmation on your PNP and is not progressing to Eligibility. When you order your next set of notes, you should see eligibility.
Also check if your R10 is complete?
Hi legalfalcon,
I have read most of the posts and your replies. So there is no place in the system where we can actually see if we have passed the R.10, right? We just have to guess? So based on the current trend, would you still recommend requesting for GCMS around 25-45 days after AOR (as you have suggested in previous reply)? It seems the medicals are taking longer to pass. BTW, I am FSW Outland.
Thanks!
Thanks for the explanation. Appreciate it.Unfortunately the R10 is not displayed on the MyCIC page. The only way is through GCMS. I usually advise requesting GCMS 30-45 days after AoR. This is when R10 is usually passed. After the first set, you can order more to keep a track of eligibility and other progress.
i m sorry to differ...when u lodge ur app the background check status is NA then it goes to NS then again to NA when u see this pattern it means R10 is passed. however R10 and medical are only two steps that can be seen through mycic for all other steps use GCMS notes
I've been stuck on IP2 since March. The only way i can get updates now is by ordering bi-monthly GCMS notes. MYCIC is of no use nor is calling CIC or emailing CPC Ottawa as they only give a standard response.
Usually how long does it take for us to get a GCMS after requesting it? I remember seeing someone saying about month? then when we get the GCMS, wouldn't the status just reflect that of a month ago?
Thanks, just a little worried when I get the GCMS (30-45 days later), they may have already rejected me...It takes 30-45 days after the request is made to get the GCMS notes. The status does reflect where your application was a month ago, however, given the slow process and almost 6 months that it takes to process one application, it is worth it.
If you see an agents note with some doubts, you can raise a CSE. If they have requested additional documents, but you never received a request, you can inquire. If there is an interview called, you can ascertain what is the reason for the interview. It is not mandatory to get GCMS, its a personal choice. If you feel, its worth it, go ahead. If not, there is no compulsion.
Don't worry. You will be fine. Thanks, just a little worried when I get the GCMS (30-45 days later), they may have already rejected me...
