I also got that today after raising CSE 2.5 weeks ago cause my application exceeded 6 months.

I FSW outland, AOR December 2016. I want to ask questions regarding secondary offices in my GCMS notes.

My primary office is CPC ottawa. On page 2 and 3 of notes where Secondary offices are mentioned, I have four secondary offices mentioned in my notes and the updated dates used under these offices are quite weird and does not pertain to my application. Is it an issue or mistake for which I should raise CSE?

I had exact same secondary offices but I had one of them have Ottawa office but not London office... but I never thought of that... check created date.. weried!!!

There is a section in my GCMS notes under associations that are blanked out. It is under Örganizations and entities"'. Could you maybe help me to understand what this means? What is normally included under this section and why do you think is this blank?

Yes, that is normal and it will be retracted and you should see s15/16 or s21/22 on the top right corner of the notes.

when ordering through my uncle (a Canadian citizen), they ask on their website "Which type of records do you wish to request?", I guess I need the "Case Files" option right?

Also, for the question "What type of record would you like to request?" do I need the "Permanent Residence" option or the "Express Entry Profile" option? I guess it's the first one, but I'm asking here just to be sure.

Lastly, is my file number the E123456789| I have in the top of my AOR letter, of the IMM 1234 number I have at the bottom of it?

Hi legalfalcon,

Need advice pls.
In my GCMS notes it says, review type: support service agent application: is this for R10 review? Also at the last it also says eligibility showed as Failed prior to application promotion... what does that mean?
Can you please tell me what does that mean.... in agent review 11.2: decision met 75(2) FSW minimum requirements: review required 76(1) (a) selection criteria.
Also, in my admissibility section, security 1: assign due date was 31th May.
Now, in background check do they start security plus eligibility and also if need any ADR they request that too... all started at same time?

The offices mentioned in your GCMS are nothing to worry about. The application starts at CIO, and then will be transferred based on the work load distribution. Earlier all application saw the following:

CIO - CPC - LVO

However, now the files are send to different offices based on work load distribution and there is nothing to worry about. Moreover, the application are all electronic, it does not matter which office your application is at as long as there is progress.

Also these transfers are generated by SADMIN ~ System Administrator and have not been done manually.
