You should contact IRCC and enquire about the medicals and ask why is it showing as expired, it could be an error in updating. Security will start after your eligibility is Passed. As of now its recommended passed, and you will see a notes in the last few pages from from a case analyst. This will now be reviewed by a IRCC agent who will make the final determination. You eligibility will then become "PASSED" and after that the security will start.

Thanks for the reply. I read through the notes and it seems that they retrieved my old medical exam result for my study permit - that's why my medical expired in 2015 on the notes. Unbelievable! I will definitely contact them and inform them about this mistake!
Also for the case analyst section: Recommend Pass Lock-in Date: 2017-04-25 EE CEC Having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following recommendation.

Does that mean they are waiting for my passport? They never asked for it. The only 2 messages in my account are Welcome and AOR. My passport will expire Sep 2017. I already renewed it and submitted via CSE on June 22, 2017. But it took them about one month to confirm the reception of my new passport. I've called CIC twice. They never asked for my passport, they never mentioned a single word about my so called "expired" medical report. All they told me was "everything is ok and if we need anything we'll contact you". I feel like ordering gcms notes is a must for every applicant.

hi @legalfalcon, I have ordered my GCMS notes; they were generated on July 25; my PPR email arrived on July 17. I have a few questions; I will set them out below:

1. On page 2: what does Due Date signify? I am worried because I submitted my passport on July 18 and I have yet to hear anything back, even though I specifically requested that my passport be returned before August 1. Do you have any insights on why some visa offices take 3 weeks or longer to stamp the COPR? (My LVO is Abu Dhabi)

This usually happens because an applicant has one UCI no matter how many applications he has filed. This is how GCMS notes are helpful.

You will need to ask why your PP is not on file. But if you order another set, you will see things may have changed.

Both these updates are one day apart. You should send a CSE and ask all your concerns. If you have a new passport, they should definitely update it and so should the medicals.

Criminality, Eligibility and medical are all passed and all the notes are normal and positive no red flags or need for additional review

The due date is system generated date, but over the last two years I see that it has no significance. Most applications are processed way before it and some keep sitting even after it has passed.

Most likely this would be a request which IRCC would be sending, but was cancelled as they may already have that document or may not need it. I cannot be specific as I don't have the complete set and unaware of the exact nature of your application. But since it says, application kit, I would assume that you wanted to add a family member, and that is what they were sending a kit of.

During the eligibility the documents go through 2-3 rounds of checks. If one of them says "review required" and later the program analyst makes a recommendation "passed" you are good. Why was a review required, that is difficult to guess. Was this note before or after the Program analyst note?

One of the issues that arises is with getting medicals and passports of kids even when you are divorced and have kids with no custody or visitation. Not sure if that is your case.

To answer your question on who approved my application with dates:

1. Program assistant reviewed my eligibility on June 13; verified eca/ielts; and recommendation saysASS CRIMINALITY
2. Agent review on June 15. POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 OKCriminality Decision Passed
3. June 23, Case Analyst Recommendation: Recommend Pass.
4. July 11 Officer Review: Given in Note 4 above - lots of asterisks that I don't understand
5. July 12 Officer Review: Given in Note 3 above.

I did not try to add any dependents - I am single with no children. I only requested GCMS on june 20 and july 4.

The issue about medical is about my stepson, who is non accompanying and we were not able to provide his medicals. We have therefore provided my hubbys divorce papers showing custody to his wife, affidavit, loe for the same.

Now I want to know how far the processing is done and what stage my application would be.

Do you advise to order gcms notes now ?or to wait a while coz I am not sure if this is currently being reviewed or in queue for review

Do you think my processing is done partly like eligibility, security and so in or will it wait till medixal is sorted

I provided some additional documents through IRCC webform on July 5 and 13. I received my GCMS today, but there was nothing updated in the INCOMING section. Is that normal and how long will it take for additional documents to reach visa office and be reviewed by a visa officer?

Also the latest update in the notes section was on May 29. They haven't been working on my case for a while...

As of now the PNP is painfully slow. Ordering GCMS is definitely an option. As your AoR is March end, most likely your eligibility should have started. When you get the first set, you will know which stage your file is at and then accordingly you can order more sets as time passes. As of now, making determination based on MyCIC status is like hitting the arrow in dark.
