Most agents will not take any liability and will leave this note just to make sure that if later something comes up they are are not blamed for it. I have seen "reviewed but not verified" in many notes and it also gives a guidance to visa officers in other countries before a visa is issued that they need to make sure that the company exists and things are genuine. But it has no bearing and as long as your eligibility A11.2 is met and cleared by the agent after the review by a case analyst, you are all good.

Thanks for you reply. Case analyst simple recommended me a pass with a typical narration of his. Officer made this note but still passed my eligibility. I have s16 in associations page and in a note that is completely masked and it was made a week before case analyst note.

Lastly can you shed some light on security screening as I have three activities pertaining to this and it was started the day officer passed my eligibilty and started the normal security check.

Do you think a

Can you say that a case has gone into a "spin" if security screening is triggered along with the normal security check.

I do look at notes, but as of now I am swamped by notes and have 7-8 pending. I won't be able to get back to you before June first week.

Is too early to order notes 45 days post aor for fsw outlands?

It is recommended that first set of notes should be ordered between 45-60 days as this is when R10 is complete. This also helps find if the application is progressing well, as some applicants recently have seen that the R10 is not complete for a very long time, resulting in processing periods way over 6 months.

Ok on average after how many days after medical passed will it be expected to see proper progress?

I cannot speculate the processing times, but usually 45 days is when the R10 should be done. As regards medicals, that is not a good indicator, as medicals run parallel to the application. Most medicals are cleared fairly early in the application process, but some do take little longer.

There are many such cases, usually a typical line will always be there which will be something like, "reviewed but not verified," this is also there in other cases too. You should have sent a LoE stating why your supervisor cannot use the letterhead and the would have helped.
Thanks for the response. I have sent a loe as well stating that the hr dept of the company does not issue reference letter requested in cic format due to policy restrictions, and hence I have got a signed notarized letter for noc responsibilities, titles, hours etc. from the supervisor. I have submitted his id card along with, and it has his name, employee id, company logo, address and his signature (identical to the one in letter).

I have also added plenty of other supporting documents like service letter, salary revision letters, pay checks that are all in letterhead, and also tax returns. Does that work?

You have done all your home work well, and taken care of everything. no need to worry. If IRCC wants to contact your supervisor they can, but highly unlikely.
