Hi All,

Regarding regulated occupation, has anyone had decent information? Kindly guide us with following questions?

1. How to make sure if our occupation is regulated?
2. If we find it as regulated, should we check the box "yes" for regulated occupation? and then pick up the item "not registered with an organization" on the AINP form?

Any help would be highly appreciated as me and a couple of guys who recently got NOI are really confused about this matter.

Hi! I got noc 3012 and recieved NOI as well.. did you push through it? I am quite confused because the alberta website indicate that if you meet one or more criteria it is likely that you will recieve noi and one of those criteria is having an NOC of 3013:

The ID number and the bar codes will appear once you click on print final. Please fill the form completely first.

Hey Diana,

I received from them by email the AINP 012 form to fill. However as per their checklist we should also fill and submit the following :

IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration
IMM 5406: Additional Family Information
IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees
IMM 5476: Use of a Representative (if applicable)
IMM 0008DEP: Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (if applicable) Spouse/common-law partner and dependents over 18:
IMM 5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration
IMM 5406: Additional Family Information
IMM 5476: Use of a Representative (if applicable)

I am confused, shouldnt all these forms info be covered in the AINP 012 form they sent us to fill?

Appreciate your help

Hi All,
Could you please tell me how to get their NOI mails? Do we have to approach them via email or they'll pick candidates from EE based on their (NOC) demand list? Pls advise. My NOC is 1121 (HR Professionals).
Thanks
Viji
They will send NOI by themselves from EE pool. My husband NOC is same. just wondering if its in demand in Alberta? Any idea? Thanks

I think read all the forums such as
Noi Alberta
Alberta express entry
Waiting for AINP
Ainp latest

In these forums look for the noc codes that have got nominations which will bring out to a situation knowing different noc codes in demand

“Just an assumption”

You have to fill AINP 012 and also the other forms in the checklist as applicable to you.

Hi Diana, would you please help me with following? I really don't know what should I do?

What should we fill out for the question no.2 on the form imm0008 "category under which you are applying"? Is the answer "skilled worker" or "provincial nominee"?

You should select provincial nominee because you will be applying under this category when Alberta gives you 600 points.
Can you please stop asking the same question in different threats? that just messes up the forum.

Goto this link and search for your NOC https://alis.alberta.ca/occinfo/noc-code/
Once you click on the NOC you will see a detailed breakdown of the profession including whether it is regulated or not. In my case, 1122 is regulated and so I emailed the Institute to inquire about the procedure for registering. They replied within a day stating that I can only apply when I am in Canada. I printed out their email and attached to my form. I also have an international certificate which I attached to the completed form.
Your profession maybe slightly different so please do check it out.

I think the time it takes your document to reach depends on the distance and your courier. Mine took 3days. As for receiving file number I have seen varying response here. In some cases people received a file number in less than 7days. Got a call in 2weeks and nomination within a month of submission. My document got there on the 12th so I am eagerly waiting for their response. Fingers crossed
