Has anybody received NOI for NOC 1241 recently? Also my husband's NOC is 2133 is getting the license from APEGA mandatory or will it suffice to get no objection letter from them..

I don't think it is mandatory to get the license in order to apply for PNP.
The document checklist says "if applicable" which means if you have one you might have to submit the documents.
BTW, getting professionally license in a regulated field means you must have worked for sometime in Canada.
I think this is applicable to people who have been staying in Canada for a while now and those who might have licenses like P.Eng.

Yes, you are right but I am not sure if they issued NOIs to NOC 2133 applicants.

In filling form 0008 - generic application form, were they ask for current occupation and intended occupation, can I make my intended occupation one that is in demand in Alberta?And also doesn't require a trade licence or in a regulated field?

I do not see any validate option on my file. All i have is “reset”, “save” , “print final” . And none of them generates the id nimber
Can you please help.

The number will appear after you click validate.
the number changes each time you validate , so be careful to print all pages at the same time and not any page at a different times to avoid different ID numbers
