PCC and other documents require at least 1 month to be prepared for me.

Yes PCC takes time but we can submit without PCC saying that u have applied for it n proof of it... So in case if u don't want to wait for.

Yes... Probably it's same forms we submit during ANIP so its easy if we had saved.

Ofonzo- good to see the word'landing' in ur post...

Hi there...

The copies asked to submit to Scotia are certified copies or without certified one...please advise

Hi Friends, during surfing on net i get to this forum and found very useful information posted by different friends. I am also in the Que of FSW backlog, I have just recently submitted my IELTS results to AINP. Congrats to those who got their nomination, pray for me as well. after receiving my file number, they never contacted me again, is it a good or bad sign?. DO any friend have an idea that what time CIC will take for processing these application after nomination from respective province.

@Jaggu,

The application guide specifies that copies that need to be translated to English have to be certified. If the documents are in english then you don't have to (see page 7 & 8 of the application guide). But I would snoop around other fora and see if successful applicants certified their copies.

Khan,

Welcome to the forum! Don't worry if you haven't heard back from AINP. I am certain that if you have met all the requirements, the next email from them will be nomination.

With regards to the timing for CIC to complete the process. Recall that in the poser for this pilot, AINP said they have commitments to expedite processing under this pilots. I would not be surprised if we move to the top of the queue.

Great ofonzo, u clear my critical doubt as it might have become nightmare for to certify in oversea. I am trying to submit without PCC and attaching their receipt of application. As they had also mentioned same in doc check list so going ahead for submission next week. I hope all r targeting in this month only. good luck

Khan, certainly u will get. Have patience. Alberta is having lot of requirement.

JAGGU,

I am targeting submission this month as well. I am presently puting my documents together. PCC will be next week.

Thankyou

JAGGU,

You are right! The supplementary information travels forms (IMM 5562E) are not editable. Print a copy and fill in ink.

Cheers

Thinking to get some OFF days from office to prepare the documents.
@ Khan 87 , Dont worry . I also received two emails from AINP, First file number and second nomination
@ Ofonzo & Jaggu : As i know all photocopies should be notarized so check again before sending, i will search where i had read this.

@ Ofonzo & Jaggu
There are two separate things, one is translation of a non english document and other is a true photocopy of a english document. both are to be notarized. see below the link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

This link contains the info as below:

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable.

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.

Hi usama, our dic check list asked for copies and not certified true copies. There is difference between this wording which we found in AINP doc list and we did. Though we can do more detail search on this regard. But for me, they only want copy n no certified.

Thanks Usma, how many PCC a person needs if he has stayed in different regions/Districts of only one country? do we need separate PCC for each district of a country where one has been for more than 6 months?
