You huld just scan those documents and send

I have applied according to the new process. I have not received any file number with the e-mail. So, i would have to just reply the e-mail with the scanned documents attached? am i right...? I will just scan and send the documents that were used for USCIS..

Any more thoughts...are certainly appreciated.

kooool....they mention..it should be on the letter head of the company...is it ok..if i scan the xerox copy and send them? I am sure..no body would give the original document for me to scan and send...

I have just received a e-mail asking me to provide them with some form of reference letters with job description..etc..just like pokha..

"job title, the main duties of your job, and the education and work experience necessary to do the job"...........by march 19 th....can also scan..USCIS H1B document...

they acknowledged my reference letter...but asked for above..

I finally got a letter from my employer (color original one), I will be sending them tomorrow with scanned copy. They have given me two weeks time (16th March). I think we are in the same boat. It took me two three days to request my boss for the new copy. They really give you very hard time. At least work hard to get a new one.

I think they are not convinced with our first original letter that we already sent. So at least give a shot. Everyone says that asking documents is better than closing your case without inquiring you. This is a positive move by them.. Try at least few days..thats what I did..

I just sent a e-mail to company's paralegal asking for personal records and future immigration needs...but i have to hear back from her tomorrow. they might more specifically ask the reason why i need them..... me i guess! I was wondering...any better reason to give? could you suggest me.. do not want to attract their attention by saying about canada though..! moreover for H1B stamping purposes they give xerox copy...so i was thinking if i can get a xerox copy notarized....in the worst case..it shud be ok? right..?

However..I am trying my best to get a color copy or scanned version of orig document...

I am glad..we are moving through the process...more or less similar time frame.. would love to see both of us get the nomination..very soon!

Have you guys submitted experience letter from current employer ( mentioning job title , responsibilities and tenure ) in the first place when you sent application .

When you receive an email from alberta with file number ..can you please tell me what is the subject and sender name appears in you inbox.

I just want to make sure it does not go to my junk mail

No, I have sent I-797, business card(current), xerox copy of my ID card...reference letter from another employer..while i was on my OPT..it was also a full time position..also a business card(earlier) and offer letter of that employment also..

I would suggest....writing a cover letter..detailing your experience...position..current job title..and past one's is a good practice to get noticed. If you can keep it precise and packed with content..will be productive.

I was having same problems like yours..I never told my boss that I am immigrating to Canada. Thats why he questioned me zillions of reason but I said just for personal purpose.,,He never got convinced but gave me one page letter that explains pretty much about my job, years in the company, and education.

You are exactly thinking like me couple of days back,, if I won't get the new reference letter I will send the same notorized copy. Anyway got it now.

Its very hard...you can't either tell them about the immigration nor can make any fake story...this is a real hard one....Deal with it buddy.....Good luck...

Jan 27 , 2009 - complete application delivered at Alberta
March 5 - received this e-mail.
Do i have to scan those stuff and e-mail them as reply to the one that i received or should i do Fedex? any advice please...? they have also mentioned in the e-mail..explicitly to do so by 2 weeks..by march 19th or they would return my application. It would be good to hear from any of you. I am a manufacturing engineer..applied for NOC 2141. Currently..work in worlds largest heavy contruction and mining equipment manufacturer..

Does this mean that they have already looked on applications received from Jan 1 -Jan 27 and possible without giving anybody a file number.

I guess so. There was 1 person who had applied on Jan first week and go a similar inquiry and now there is a person who applied on Jan 27th and has got an inquiry. I have not got any email -- mine reached on Jan 16th. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Folks,

I sent the scanned copy as per the request to alberta, and got immediate response from them within an hour that they had received the documents and they will attach to my file for processing.

Now I don't think Alberta Immigration doesn't check email regularly;I am yet to have a file no. and they replied me in a brisk...

I am going to submit AINP application form on coming Monday. I want to know do I need to fill all CIC forms and make copies and send along with AINP application form ? Do I need to send copies of my all documents such as degrees, police certificate etc. ? Please advice me I'll be thankful.
