I dont think there is any rule in regards to moving once you land in Canada as a Permanent Resident. The Canadian Charter of Rights say that all the Canadians/Permanent Residents are free to take their lives anywhere in the country to work or study or live permanently.

I will advice you to thread carefully. Think very well before you make any decision that will jeopardize your PR in Canada. Although, there's no law restricting permanent residents in Canada from moving from one province to another, but you must be very careful about this. First of all, did you get your PR through PNP or QSW? If yes, there may be issue. Reason being that when you applied for nomination, you stated your intention to work & settle in your province of nomination. Hence, you were nominated based on this. If you then move out of the province of nomination after becoming a PR, then you have breached that agreement. Meanwhile, that doesn't mean people haven't done that before...Some have moved out of the province to a different one and no issue arose from it. However, I've also heard of cases where the provincial immigration officer calls & sends emails to PNP nominated PR to prove show evidence they still live in the province. If you did not get your PR through PNP or QSW, then you have no reason to worry.
What i've written here is my candid opinion. The decision is yours to make. Hope this helps!
Cheers!
