dear ali,u should install adobe reader professional XI in order to open and download these two forms,this happened with me when i filled them before ,some adobe readers can not open and download them.

it is impossible to send these formula by email or messeg my dear drali,coz there is code and u have to print it in ur computer in order to get chifra and security cod which will appear when u fill and validat it ,as u filled it before,i have adobe reader professional and i just opened it now,it works,i think u have problem in ur computer .

welcome my dear,i dont know about that coz i am a single ;D,so maybe mft25,kita,mike anyone here is married can help u about that,i think almost members here r married ,so anyone has idea about that,help drali,but there is GuideQ7000 which helps u to fill all these forms,this is the link:

Do you think it is better to prepare the police certificate now before receiving the update e-mail, since it require 2 week to be completed?..

yeah,because the validity of police certificate is one year ,if u live in other country 6 months and more after sending ur federal file,so u have prepare and get police certificate from this country and send it with forms,if not ,so u should send another police certificate from ur country where u living now,for example IRAQ,SYRIA or JORDAN .... hope that i clarified well my dear
but Please note that they consider the police certificates provided if you did not reside in these countries since the date of submission .
ya3ni iza enet ba3et police certificate example from France with ur first federal and after that u havent traveled to france and u did not lived there for 6 months ,so the police certificate is considered provided becuase u didnt lived there after that,it is logically my dear
