Dans l’intérêt d’une meilleure distribution de la charge de travail, Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada a transféré votre demande de résidence permanente à notre bureau pour poursuivre le traitement. Assurez-vous de toujours indiqué votre numéro de dossier sur toute correspondance que vous aurez avec notre bureau.
Votre demande sera traitée en fonction de la date initiale de réception. Ce transfert ne causera pas de délai supplémentaire. Si une entrevue est requise, votre dossier sera retourné à la Section d’immigration de l’ambassade du Canada à Amman ou l’entrevue aura lieu.
A compter de la réception de votre demande par notre bureau, nous assumons la responsabilité pour le traitement de votre demande jusqu’à sa finalisation. Toute correspondance dirigée vers le bureau de visa précèdent sera ignorée.
Afin de poursuivre le traitement de votre dossier, nous avons besoin des documents supplémentaires énumérés ci-dessous dans les soixante (60) jours.

VEUILLEZ INCLURE UNE COPIE DE CETTE LETTRE AVEC VOTRE REPONSE.

1. Nouveau formulaire «Formulaire de demande générique pour le Canada» [IMM0008], pour le requérant principal.
2. Nouveau formulaire «Annexe A – Antécédents / Déclaration» [IMM 5669], pour vous et chaque membre de votre famille âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
3. Nouveau formulaire «Renseignements supplémentaires – liste des voyages» [IMM 5562], pour vous et chaque membre de votre famille âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
4. Nouveau formulaire «Renseignements additionnels sur la famille» [IMM5406], pour vous et chaque membre de votre famille arrivé à l’âge de 18 ans ou plus.
5. Certificats de police pour tout autre pays ou vous avez été plus de 6 mois- qui ne sont pas déjà inclus dans votre demande- pour vous et chaque membre de votre famille arrivé à l’âge de 18 ans ou plus. Tous les certificats de police doivent être des originaux; veuillez prendre note que la validité des certificats de police est - 12 mois. 6. Carte d`exemption du service militaire- si disponible

Prière de remplir les formulaires à l’ordinateur et de les imprimer. Tous doivent être signés. Même si vous avez déjà soumis certains ou la totalité de ces formulaires, une mise à jour s’avère nécessaire. Vous devez préciser tous vos antécédents personnels et adresses depuis l’âge de 18 ans sans laisser de période de temps.
Veuillez nous faire parvenir tous les documents requis dans les soixante (60) jours suivant la date de cette lettre. Les documents doivent être envoyés à l’ambassade du Canada ӑ Bucarest à l’adresse suivante:

Veuillez noter que votre demande est toujours assujettie à une évaluation de l’admissibilité ou d’autres vérifications considérées nécessaires. Vous ne devez donc pas entreprendre des actions irrévocables, i.e. vendre votre propriété, quitter votre travail, ou acheter des billets d’avion avant la délivrance de la décision finale de votre demande.
Veuillez- vous abstenir de demander des renseignements sur l’état de la demande pendant les prochains huit (8) mois, puisque nos ressources seront consacrées au traitement des dossiers et nous ne serons pas en mesure à répondre à des demandes de renseignements routinières.

well,i understand from these emails and from my expierence with my lebanais friends is:
1-if someone from applicants who are asked for update forms receive medical as soon as submitting these forms(like our friend wishfullman ,he got medical after 2 weeks from sending his forms ),so this means security check will be done after medical.
2-Or no medical before 8 months,so it means security check is starting now for all applicants who will send new forms to bucharest ( this plan like Amman vo and abudhabi vo used to do that,security check before medical,means anyone gets medical,he or she will get visa after 2 months maximum after medical,like happened with Nic,Rami....,and this visa will valide about 10 months) and u will see that ur ecas status will change in process,then u will get medical .
anyway i understand from email that security check will take 8 months,as mft25 said the time for issuing the visa will be between March until Juin or May,i think mft25 understand me well and understand well what i mean coz she is like me observing every forum.
so everything will be clear if our friends who were asked for updates receive or not medical as soon as submitting new forms, so we have to wait our friends ,these weeks will be critical. and the most important thing is that they start working on our files.
hope that i have clarified everything to u ,we have 2 possibilites as i explained and next days will be critical for which plan they will decide going on 1 or 2 .

this is Bucharest dear Ali,his file transferred from amman to bucharest like ur and me and all,thats why i asked about that,u can read what he posted what he asked them before that, u can send them email and ask about ur file drali,on other hand for applicants 2011,moheiddin got like this email,his file delivered to federal 2/2011,means before u( i think u 30 or 31/5/2011) ,u will be next,i am asked about nobelknight,fga,tf,coz they r before mouheiddin,i asked again mouheiddin this question,did he send them email,then they replied him by this email or what?? i am waiting his reply to my question.

Dear all
Finally we received something from Bucharest office in September as I predicted before . unfortunately it was not the medical but something is better than nothing . but anyway after sending the updates I can confirm that they will send medical immediately then landing after security . This is how Bucharest office works medical then security. by the way I reviewed the latest tables and I was surprised that some 2011 and 2012 files still in Amman so may be they did not transfer all files?? so did every one sent email to Bucharest to make sure that his file has been transferred?? this coming days are critical and I hope all of us receive something either update or medical from Bucharest .
kita please relax now what I told happened so prepare your self and keep check your email

I have another question. What is the duration of the visa they are providing? In other words, If I get the visa next May 2015, how much time do I have till landing in Quebec to settle my affairs?

you must land in Canada before the expiry date , which appears on your Canada Immigration Visa. Usually, the expiry date of ur visa is one year from the time medical examinations were completed. on other words,validity of ur visa is the same of validity of ur medical when u done it which is only one year.so it depends when u get medical ,now when u submitt ur new forms or after security check.

since we are now in September 2014 and you suppose to do the medical this month or October .so will have one year from date of medical . you can say that you guarantee to land next summer if everything go right
