I called VAC today and explained the situation..they told me that they embassy will send an email when the passport is ready I don't know what will really happen.. we can do nothing but waiting I sent email to the embassy today as well..and ofcourse no reply

Dear friend you did the right step..for VAC you can't send the passport by mail I called them by phone DHL instuctions for sending the passport directly to the embassy

Your application will be processed according to the date it was initially received. This transfer will not cause any delay. That what was written in updates email..so calm down and do not loose hope I wish you all hear good news this month
