Dear Kita, are you sure we are not able to update our information by email? I know we will have to send the updated documents later by regular mail but I just sent them an update about my new passport. If you are sure about having to send the updated information by mail, please give me the link because I tried to find information on their website about this issue but I couldn't.

I confirm what kite said about update. all updates should be done by mail . I updated before my passport copy by sending cover letter include full name ,birth date , uci , ep and write what are you updating and that is it .

I think I am in trouble now. All updates should be sent to them within 30 days I think. I got my passport almost three months ago and did not send them the update by mail until now. What problems could this cause me?

do not worry mike nothing will happen it is not important to update passport copy .they will ask you to send updated copy when they start processing your file just relax and wait still we have very long waiting time

Thanks dear mft. Let's hope we get the medicals next month. This way we can make sure that we will be in Canada at the end of 2015. I can't think of having to wait until 2016.

I was expecting medical in September based on Lebanese treatment experience. but there are more delays and more pressure on Bucharest visa office . CIC are transferring more and more files to this office from other offices which leads to longer processing time as latest tables. I still predict that medical will reach soon but with this pressure may be will delay it to December :-[ :-[
there is silence and slow of processing in Bucharest :-\ ?? so are they studying Amman files preparing to send medicals or studying other files from other offices with higher priority ?? September is next week and I believe that we live the count down time for medical

I have added my son documents by sending the documents to Amman visa office through the special inquiry option in the website; but nobody confirm to me if they receive them; and now my file has been transferred to Bucharest how can I make sure they have all my document with my son documents? anybody knows??!..

you can track the delivery of the shipping company once they approve that it is delivered then it is ok. it is an embassy an received mail will be saved in your file. wait for the processing stage they will ask you to update all your papers

any update should be done by sending hardcopy by any courier . all update via email is not accepted . I tried to update before documents by email and I receive this answer from the embassy. as I remember there is form need to be filled for adding child
