they answered me in the same day they were so fast . I know the link you sent they put very low load on amman office and there are some files of qsw 2011 still in amman for processing as latest tables

We can see that most of Bucharest VO files are QSW (75 %)

1-these numbers represent the Number of persons (not files) finalized by offices until 16 April 2014
2- Amman office finalized only (22) persons!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (may be 5 or 6 files only)
3- Bucharest finalized 1800 persons ( may be 400 to 600 files)

I think there is no need to worry. I sent them an email when I got a new passport but they didn't reply it. They used to answer very quickly the same day but recently their treatment changed. They became like Amman office :'(
