Comptabilité et sciences comptables: U024 AOT comes under a regulated profession in Quebec?
What does a regulated profession means?
Does it mean that I need to do additional course or training before I become eligible in finding a job in Quebec?

In Canada, the regulation of trades and professions falls under provincial authority for the most part. Although one could say that the provinces are the regulators of the trades and professions in Canada, the term ‘regulator’ is most often used to refer to those bodies that been delegated the authority to regulate a profession or trade
it is depend on your certificate and your university .so they will review your certificates and make equivalency for it so in case if you need to pass certain exams then you need to study for it

I need assistance about my issues
I halve file from Amman office since Abril 2013
I have a layer and I told him about the news in this pages of transferring the files to Bucharest office
He told me that he will ask FIRST the visa office and wait for the replay
I know Amman office don't replay for most emails
Can I ask tha visa office in Bucharest directly,
Or just my layer have the right to ask about my file???
Becous my layer waiting the response of Amman office!!!

i think u can ask them direclty,send them an email and they will reply to u after 30 minutes although i am sure that ur file is there ,not in amman coz all files 2011,2012 and 2013 in bucharest,i am an applicant septembre 2013 and my file in bucharest,mike his file in bucharest too and he is an applicant decembre 2013,write in the email ur name,ur file number,ur date birth,dont wait email from amman vo,they will not reply to u anytime,ask my friends here mft25,mike,kita,drali,ronnet,moaz,amman vo didnt reply to us anytime,plz can u share ur timeline?i will add u in our group too ,ur file received in ecas status and ur csq?and can u keep us in touch here coz we r little and we try to collect more members in order to know the queue when they start sending medicals

Till now, I don't have any response from Amman visa office

as tarek said that we have confirmed that all 2011 to 2013 applicants have been transferred to Bucharest . and yes sure you can ask directly without your lawyer since he is sleeping and he is not update with all news . he should inform you about your case status not the contrary. please send email to bucharest-immigration @ international.gc.ca without spaces for sure and include in that email your date of birth your full name your UCI number and EP number and you will get answer very soon and we will wait for the reply whick I am sure that it will be positive

You know, they update my file through my lawyer ,
I understand from the above hint that they will consider my e-mail for further communication
I don't know if there are any consequences!!!
Any way, I send a detailed message to my case manger and expained all the details that I have from your posts, waiting for his response

happy Easter every one
Recently, our files have been transferred to Bucharest visa office .we are now in new phase because of this transfer I can call it transition phase. we do not have any data like inventory or immigrants numbers which have been added to Bucharest office because all tables data are up to 30/9/2013. in that date our files was in Amman office as these tables clearly mention. so we only have to wait for first contact or someone order CAIPS notes which will reveal of a lot of info like when our file transferred and date of BFD (bring forward date)

Today Bucharest visa office replay to my lawyer message
They confirm that they have my file
And till now they don't have certain schedule for processing files

dear all
i would like to inform u about something maybe is important,if they have a plan to start processing our files like lebanais files,so it should be starting next month,coz my lebanais friends told me that their files have been transferred to bucharest on 22 ferbraury 2013 ,then the first applicant received medical on 5 May,later they were receiving a bunch of medicals every day( about 100 medicals every month) until October,dont forget number fils were (600 or 700 files),so i think our files have been transferred on febraury and we will get a bunch of medicals inshalah inshalah soon first next month

So.. looking at current list, I don't think my professional is regulated by professional order, neither it is regulated by financial regulated functions. e.g I am a business analyst ... is that a problem if my role is not regulated in Quebec?

not all professions are regulated so if yours is not regulated then you can work immediately
