As Dr. Tareq explained to you, we thought that all the files were transferred to Bucharest but when Rami told us yesterday that his file was not transferred I just wanted to make sure where my file is. That is because my application was received in Canada at the end of 2013 then sent to Amman at the beginning of 2014. Dr. Tarek calmed me down and was very supportive thankfully.

I hope the files of our friends the applicants of 2014 will also be transferred to Bucharest. I think it is only a matter of time and that all the files in Amman will be transferred sooner or later. Maybe Bucharest office is waiting for all the files in Amman to be transferred there in order to start processing them all together.

حقيقة انا لم افهم لماذا بعضكم ارسل ايميل الى مكتب بخارست مرة اخرى, الم نبعث لهم قبل عشرة ايام واخبرونا ان ملفاتنا انتقلت اليهم من مكتب عمان, اذن لماذا تبعثون مرة اخرى للتأكيد على ذلك؟ واذا كانوا هم قد استلموا ملفاتنا في شهر 11 لماذا الى الان لا يوجد مديكال؟ اتمنى ان نستلم المديكال قريبا بأذن الواحد الاحد, ولكن اخشى ان يكون هناك شيء اخر في حساباتهم

just to make everything clear some of us sent email to Bucharest and got confirmation but others just consider their files transferred . so we asked everyone who did not receive official email to send emails and make sure . but if your receive email already then no need to send email again .
Regarding time of medical it will be soon at least now every day pass and you are sure that some is working on your file and your estimated time become 13 months from January so relax and enjoy the counting down 8)

Dear mft, I sent them an email and received their reply thank God. They confirmed that my file is in Bucharest. Now we are all waiting for the first medical request in this forum. Once any of us gets it, that means that our turn is coming.

i am sure that they will process our files quickly and will start sending medical soon coz they transferred our files to speed up the process but i would like to clarify u about something very important,the processing time of the files in bucharest vo does not apply to transferred files,someone from our friend lebanais sent an email to vo bucharest to ask them about his file and he received this reply:

Dear Sir,

Please be advised that this file was transferred to us from the Visa Office in Beirut and therefore our published processing time does not apply to those cases which were in the inventory of the Beirut office awaiting processing.

Please be advised that the file is passing through the required assessment process. You will be informed when we are ready to pass to the next stage of processing or if more information is requested.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation

i am sure that they will send to us medical soon like happened with lebanais files,and i am sure that we will get our visa soon coz we r very little comparision with lebanais,but i just wanted to clarify this issue to everyone here in our forum

Dear Dr. Tarek,

I read this in the Lebanese forum but I tried to be a bit optimistic even though this message is not good news for us. This explains why they have not started working on our files yet. We should expect the worst and we should know that we are not allowed to depend on the processing times to complain about any delay.

yeah,drali,thank u ,i meant that,my opinion as urs,it is right that processing time for bucharest vo does not apply to us,but on other hand ,u r right coz our files were transferred to bucharest for speed up processing ,not for put them in the drawer,so we have to wait and see.

I am so optimistic sure after they changed my VO to Bucharest instead of Amman first of all . so I am counting down days . Also if only 2011 applicants landed this year and my landing become q1 2015 I will be happy at least months are only left to get my pr and my dream become true . This office is active and we are waiting medicals not nothing like before
