which month this applicant ????I am really happy for the good news I am not get to hear this much of news about this dead office I wish they start 2011 very soon

he is an applicant august 2010,and just knew that another applicant 2010 month NOV got his medical today too,so u see that they send medicals to various months,by the way applicant august told me that the officer from embassy told him that they will finish his file maximum in may,they told him that they working faster and that the processing time maybe will be less and changable,he told me too that they will finish sending medicals to all applicants 2010 completly through this month (March),i think if if if they finish sending medicals ,they will start processing 2011 coz ,u know,after medicals ,the next step is security check,and VO do nothing with this,it is not his job,so they will start processing 2011 while receiving the results of security check for all q4 2010,i observe almost VO do like that

i hope i am not wrong but i feel that they will send medical to all 2011 applicants this year. i can not even think that they will send medicals to 2012 but miracles could happen may be December but again it would need a miracle

does anybody know whether Amman Office Accepts Right of Permanent Residence Visa Fee paid Online ? I Just made the payment Online and I might have screwed up because they might now accept the Receipt and I might have to get a refund and repay using another method... Any idea ?? Nic.

No I did not, but my lawyer advised me to pay the fee before to save time because they will send a request for the payment and then you will send it ... it's better to do it now to save time.

After I made the payment she said she's not sure whether amman office accepts online payments or only bank drafts which made me go crazy becaue I have already made the payment and now I have to request a refund ... Nic.

exactly, it's not clear coz on that page it states under payment of fees that "Bank drafts are the only mode of payment accepted for visa applications. The bank draft must be either in Canadian dollars or Jordanian Dinars."
and then at the end it states that:

"Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application."

The other thing is that it states on the same page that "Current applications: If you are paying additional fees for an application currently being processed at this office, the payment must be attached to the letter from our office requesting the additional payment."

which might mean that we should only make a payment when requested and not just make it and send it to them .... IM CONFUSED !

do not complicate the case it is very easy you can send them the proof of payment that you have already if they accept it then everything is perfect otherwise refund it and make certified check .

it's not as easy as you think, if they don't accept it I will lose 2-3 months until they process it ... and that might make me lose a year for my daughter at school
I will check with them tomorrow but I dont think they take calls and it takes them no less than 2 months to reply to an email ... Nic.

do not worry if you send the question by email they will reply to you within one week since your question is important and urgent . you can try if you are not in amman otherwise you can visit the embassy your self
