No my dear, I'm a March-2011 applicant.. it's early to talk about my medical

I have good news for you ... We received the Medical Test Request last night ! We started the federal process in October 2010 ... If we submit in one week I presume between now and the summer we should receive the GOLDEN E-MAIL.

Thanks Mike, Tarek and everybody else ... Oh Yeah ! I started the process back in 2009 ... I interviewed in Damascus on one of those good days in April 2010 where I got my CSQ ... and the Journey started ... all the way until March 2014 ... Hopefully i'll get the Golden e-mail sometime soon ... Nic.

How long did it take him between the Medical test submission and the Visa? I am now on my 41st month and I anticipate the whole process will take approximately 45 month which is slightly more than the current processing times. Nic.

Anybody from Amman did medical test? Is true we need to wait another 1-12 month after medical?

did you get the Visa? How long did it take you between Medical and Visa. I checked with my Lawyer and she told me it takes normally 3-4 months. Nic.

I am really very happy for everyone who got the medical . It is very good and positive news ,at least it is a good indication that hey are working and I hope they are working on plan to reduce and eliminate the backlog not a temporary Awakening .
I do not want to be over optimistic but statically if they finish 2010 backlog I am sure the processing time will be dropped . the only thing that give me hope is that , ,

2011 applicants 53
2012 applicants 37
2013 applicants 9 up to q2 next quarter will be published next week
so 2010 applicants q4 was a peak that never reached before or after. This is why it took very long time to process them once they start process 2011 applicants the rules of the game will be change . I hope any one 2011 applicant once his online status change to process inform us so we can start counting for medical

dear nickm ,it took about 7 months after medical, dear all it takes between 4 to 7 months to get the visa after medical

yeah nickem ,oz83 got the visa and maybe he is now in Montreal
his timeline is:
CSQ: 4/2010
Date of file receive on ECAS: 7/2010
Date of medical : 3/2013
Date of visa: 7/2013
so u see as i said that the time between medical and visa is about 4 to 7 months maximum

Dear mft,

If you think they started working seriously, then why do you think it is going to take you more than another year to get the visa? You can see how few the applications are. Please let us know how you are doing the calculations. Thanks dear.
