يا صديقي العزيز انا من زمااااااان جدا قلت ان مكتب عمان لا يلتزم بوقت محدد ولن يلتزم على الاطلاق. في البداية قالو ان السفارة صغيرة وسينتقلون في سفارة اكبر ولم يتغير شئ بعدين قلنا ممكن العاملين في السفارة قليلين الخبرة والعدد ولكن الان صار سنة ونصف وهم على حالهم ميتوووووووووون دائما. انا شخصيا متأكد اني لن استلم المديكال الا في نهاية ال2015 وسوف ترون ولايام ستثبت لكم كلامي

do not worry I am sure 100% Amman office is preparing for something because they were working and suddenly there is a pause since 1 month almost. I think they prepare to transfer Iraqis files to Baghdad to the new embassy so the load on Amman embassy will be reduced a lot and in that case they can process faster. any way your 43 month ends 12/2014 so I think you will get medical in May or June and landing by December . I said the coming 6 months is very critical.

I don't think immigration files will be transferred this easily. I think there are regional offices for immigration application and in our region it is Amman. Why would they transfer Iraqi immigration files to Iraq then? Iraqi embassy in Baghdad can never be bigger than the one in Amman due to security considerations. They will keep relying on the embassy in Amman for most of the cases and the new embassy in Baghdad will be for processing the regular visas for Iraqis I think. Keep in mind that Iraqi refugee cases cannot be processed from within Iraq and will surely keep being processed in Amman.

Dear Tarek, for you I think you have a chance to transfer your file to Turkey or Moscow. Think about it. I cannot encourage to transfer your file because we still have hope that they will process the files in Amman, but they also may not and we may have to wait for many many years to get the visa from Amman. Dear Tarek, yes you are right. Get a residency in the new country and then after one year you can decide if you want to transfer your file to the other visa office or not. Start working on the residency from now.

I told you before that Amman office has frozen files process since 2 months . it is like they are on hold waiting for something . forget about the agent because he does not know more than us this is only his expectation . all official information is published or you will be informed by email. so let us wait for the next 6 months in my opinion they are very important.

Guys, don't you agree with me that this silence has been a very long one. It is not a matter of months. It is a matter of almost two years of silence I guess. Why did not they do anything until now? Why do you think something will change soon? Honestly, I am not very optimistic.
