they talked about files pre 2008??not after 2008,read it carefully and read the date of this subject 2012 april,they wanted to deal with files which submitted pre 2008 to re-apply for new criteria

kita my dear ,i showed it to another thread and i quoted from my friend this,read it:
It's an old article.
It was done for people who applied before february 2008. Their files were closed and they got applications refund, no decision has been made for them.
This is why the backlog was reduced and files started being processed faster
so they know about that.

this is an old news 2012 . the problem of processing time of Amman office is in the office itself because the target for visas for QSWwas 375 and they did not process may be 25 cases. so the CIC gives them the quota but they are nonprofessional and the load is more than the office can handle . I complained 2 times to ministry of immigration against the slow processing of Amman visa office. first time the answer was because of PAFSO strike second time he did not answer . as I told you the processing time will dropped only when they start finalize 2011 applicants . we are betting on low numbers after 2010 . by the way all of QSW in Amman office are 386 applicants normally this number should not take 3 to 4 months in other offices like Cairo or Bucharest.

please you and all send also complaint to the minister of immigration against the laziness of Amman visa office let him know that the office is not doing his job he should take action his email : Minister @ cic.gc.ca
do not forget to put your full name your file number your date of birth and they will get back to you

I am Iraqi, and I know that Canada will re-open his embassy in Baghdad, but don't forget that this embassy is not visa office for immigrants, then I think that we (Iraqi applicants) will wait the visa always from Amman office.

all Canadian embassies has the authority to issue visas (business, travel, study, etc .. ) but not all of them has immigration department so the first part is huge load since the last part is diverted from cic Canada no direct application to the embassies like before with little applicants accepted

if one day i get married,i know that i should inform Quebec about that to send me another CSQ for my wife,and in order to send me another csq i should send them my csq,tell me now,i have 2 exampel csq ,one i sent it with application to federal and another is with me,should i request csq from amman to resend it to quebec for sending csq to my wife?or or should i send csq which is with me ?i mean,which is the csq i should send to quebec and which r the documents which r nessary for that?can u tell me about that plz ?
