I didn't lose hope dear but it seems it is an unrealistically lengthy process even at this stage which is considered final. We really should forget a little bit about it and let the visa come whenever they want.

I'm Dr. Maher and i'm in process for QSW since 12/2010 when i applied in Damascus and then as you knowmy file transferred to Amman.
Unfortunately, I can't connect with Amman VO although i sent them too many e-mails but no response.

Also, i asked the Bucharest VO about my file and they told me to Ask Amman VO cause they don't have it.

Recently, i can't enter my E-cas so rightnow i'm really afraid what happened to my file.

What to do in this case ? any help? is somebody in this forum still suffering like me 4 years ago ?

my congrats to all applicants who received the medical request few days ago.

I suggest that you send an email with a complaint to the minister. They may do something. The email address is: minister@cic.gc.ca

I have no idea what do they need to send.. do u think it's a new valid CSQ? knowing that I haven't asked for a new one.

Yes dear it must be the new CSQ. It is the visa office that asks for the renewal. Unfortunately the mail is not being delivered to Syria and that is why you need to give an address outside Syria. They usually ask for an address in Quebec only but maybe now they are taking our situation into consideration. Maybe they also need you to give a power of attorney to the person who will receive the letter on your behalf.

I sent them a letter last month to MICC explaining this issue
