Wow you have been waiting for a year more than me. Is it a husband case or wife? And have you ordered your notes or talked to your local MP (even though they're usually not that helpful)?

Hello Guys,

Hope you are all doing well. I have applied for my husband's sponsorship back in December 2014 and my application was send to Delhi in February 2015 and they have also received his medical check ups. I had received an email from them asking my husband to provide them with the bill of the sponsorship fees, the supplementary forms as well as a police clearance (which have already submitted with the initial sponsorship application). Should we send it again?

Also, I will be going back home to visit my husband in a few weeks. Should I let CIC know? I will be staying there for a few month.

did you pay full fees, and did you send them medical and police clearance? If yes, then the information above is standard and is included in all sponsor approvals.

you don't need to notify CIC if you are visiting your husband.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I did pay the full $1040 and I included the police clearance as well as the medical. Should I just disregard that e-mail? I know that it is a computer generated e-mail and it is send to everyone once DELHI receives their application form.

yea I talked to my MP every next month but it's da same they r saying My case s in background check. MP s just not helpful at all. And I'm so sad about my case.

Yes it's generic email and they will request documents once goes into process inshaAllah

Just send them a copy and say that you already submitted plus your ticket copy as a supporting document

As far as I know the police clearance is only good for one year. What happens after that? Should my husband get a new one now since his has expired?
