No I think you are the only one from 2012 and just 3 of us left from early 2013 . So what happens since your 2nd med is expired ? What was ur mp is response after the inqury ?

My MP's office is useless...all he said was that they haven't received an answer from the ministry regarding the medicals and that he'll get back to me about it.

I'm concern cz my 2nd med is expiring too, and so for you are the only one who's 2nd medical has expired . i contact my MP and you can read my above comment which is reply from new Delhi to my MP's inquiry! New Delhi says they won't extant the expiry date of the medical and my case is still in background checks

As I see in this site every one is struggling for their spouses. I was wondering if any one has experience in parents sponsorship, or any one who have applied to sponsor their parents in the past.

Well it's the ministry of citizenship and immigration (CIC) that the MP asks from regarding the cases.
And same with me...background checks are on-going. Khuda khair kuna

Hi M Rafi yes they are sent this form for me too and when I recived this form after that I sent it by TNT in India again after that I waiting 10 month now I get my ppr request

Salaam, when did you apply? I've also been waiting for 30 months now! My husband got request to refill schedule A form in December and nothing since then

Salam everyone, I'm also waiting since November 2011 I applied. Last year in June I had an interview in New Delhi with re-med and they asked for a police clearance in April 2015. And till now I didn't get anything it's so stressful. Not sure what's going on and how long this background check takes.
