Wow congratulations! That's great news...can you tell me the exact date your file was transferred to NDVO?

As for sending passport via courier, you actually cannot send passport via courier so I would talk to MP to ask if you can send to Islamabad. One of the other members also got email to send it to India

Thanks buddy. The date of transfer from Islamabad to NDVO was march 6, 2014, according to my MP.

Please help me people!

For my wife, she has to send her passport to India. No other email or notice came that she should send it to Pakistan.

Q: Can the passport be sent to India from Afghanistan through courier service?

Please share your knowledge and experiences so me and everyone else can benefit. Then Inshallah Allah will help you with your case even more :).
salaam Saheed brother the only quick way to send her pp is to go to Islamabad by person and than send it by tcs post coz tcs post is the only reliable postal service in Pakistan but make sure to Write a Pakistani address for embassy to resent her pp back with visa it ll take 15 to 30 days to get the pp back with visa inshallah coz my friend did same and he get his pp with visa in 2 weeks hope i answer ur question and please pray for rst of us to hear good news bakher

Thank you Nick and everyone else for your kind words and help!

The thing is, the PPR email specifically said to bring the passport to New Delhi. I contacted the MP, who said that I should do what the embassy said because everyone's case is different, and so it doesn't lead to more delays. It's confusing because for other cases they were able to send the pp to Pakistan.

I'm always praying for you all, especially those whose cases are very late like mine; it's unfair and we suffer so much. But once my wife gets the visa ASAP then it will speed up your cases, so with Allah's help I'll try to get everything done fast ;)

salam Saeed.Afghan bro,
for me, i got two the same email for PPR one for New Delhi and 10 minutes after I got the second for Islamabad. I asked my MP to send an urgent email to make sure where I can send although it looks that second email will be the correction of first but we should make sure. I hope I get response this Monday and i will let you know.
You can call or send an urgent email through your MP too.

I am going to be seeing my MP's staff on Monday to find out about this as well. I replied to the NDVO e-mail but I don't think they will respond to that in time.

Salam Nick my bro,

I see what you're saying and you're probably right. The thing is, someone in Afg is ready to go to New Delhi next week and submit my wife's passport to the CVAC directly (then they have to send the pp to ND Visa Office to issue the visa). Even though this way will be more expensive, it will probably be easy and quick, right?

Also the PPR email stated that someone can go and pick up the passport/visa at the CVAC, so we don't need to state an address in New Delhi.

But Nick, I'll definitely mention what you said to my people. Thanksssss

@ Khatera & Desighee,

Pleaseee let us know what happens regarding how and where you're going to submit the passports. It will clarify a lot of concerns!
