Salam Everyone!
My Husband got an email from New Delhi today requesting the Right of Permanent Residence Fee and a Police Clearance Certificate. It said to send the proof of payment to the Office in Mississauga but it didnt say anything about where to send the Police Clearance Certificate. Also I swear we had to submit a PCC with the application? So are we just repeating the same procedure again? If its different then how is it different and how would we obtain this PCC from Kabul? Thanks for your help in advance.
Ok here was the misunderstanding its says provide if you have not already submitted , and this is a passport request for you..

Line 3 . should be asking you for passport, with an address in the Indian Territory so they can mail back in your passport with the Visa.. .keep in mind when submitting the passport make sure that you submit it from India, because all of the Courier companies in Kabul are not allowed to send passport outside of country, I got lucky because my brother was working with the Foreign forces and they shipped it out from their own mail service.. Good luckk!!!

I have kept the copies with me thankfully so i was thinking should i just scan them ( the PCC and Payment Receipt) and attach it as a file and reply back to their email ???

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible: •Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. •Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. •Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your accompanying family members. The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3 years. The picture in the passport for a child between the ages of 7 and 18 must have been taken within... This is what I got, so I thought u have received the same..

I just sent the passport along with the copy of the letter and a mailing address in India.. If you have already submitted the , and the Right for PR fee then just send a copy of that letter and the address.. They're asking you for those only if you have already not submitted it..

For us, we send it by mail and was asking by a secure courier mail service, I don't know about yours , I think email should be fine, since its not a original documents or anything...

Yeah thats what i thought too... but thanks for taking your time bro and u mentioned that u needed an address in India to send a passport request when they ask u.. i was wondering y u need an address if u know the address of High Commission of Canada in New Delhi and directly send it to them instead... right ?

They asked me for a mailing address so they can send the passport with the visa, because they dont mail passport outside India its illegal. But I don't know about yours, I don't know if they have asked you or not so I guess its different for both of us... So just go with their instructions .. Good luck !!!

Interesting. I was just going to ask why the emphasis on an Indian mailing address. Did they specifically mention that it's illegal for them to mail the passport to another country? I ask because I have listed my Canadian home address as mailing address for my spouse residing in Afghanistan on the forms.

Yah they have clearly stated that we cannot mail out passport outside of Indian Territory , you need to provide an address in India so we can send it back once we have issued your visa.. But I think you need a mailing address in Afghanistan, you can't put your Canadian mailing address, It might just delay and complicate your case... Because they're not dealing with you, they're dealing with your spouse, so it's not a wise decision to include your own mailing address. Include your email and ask them you would like to communicate with them VIA email.. You don't need to include an Indian address at this stage, you will have to wait till they request it..
