We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office. In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:

• Proof of Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.

• Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.

PLEASE RETURN A COPY OF THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. This request is not a guarantee of visa issuance. If any other documents have been requested you must also comply with that request. Failure to comply with the request may result in the refusal of your application.
NOTE: You MUST inform our office of any change in your mailing address, a change in your marital and/or family status, or other information relevant to your application. I received the same letter. Based on an Indian forum discussion, I sent photocopy of the requested documents, the letter received from them, and I wrote a letter in addition to all that. In the letter I wrote that I have submitted these documents with my applications to Mississauga; however, I would like to send a copy of these documents to you as well. I submitted them through the link mentioned within their email.

In my opinion, it will not hurt you at all if you send them a copy of those documents and a letter to clear their mind, which might help instead.

Salam sis this is the same as mine except they asked me for a passport.. This letter is computer generated , they have no idea what is in ur file, that is y it says if already not submitted it. They won't be looking at your file for another 6 months, I don't think you will have to do anything at this stage... Pretty soon you will receive a passport request , then you can send copy of this letter and an Indian address with your passport to them..

No not yet still waiting for the notes, 2 more weeks hopefully I will get them.. I think they have received it because the British Mail Service told my bro that if something doesn't go thru it will come back to us because it has special stamp for the British Forces, and since we don't have anything back then they must have it..

That is really good as your brother had some access to a decent type of carrier. It will be challenging for the rest of the people. Let's see who will be asked next and how will it be resolved. In your opinion, what would be your suggestion with this circumstances? Please keep on updating us on any updates with your application.

There is a link mentioned in their email saying to follow it for email communication. I received the letter via email, therefore I followed the link and instruction and submitted all the documents that I was interested to send.

Salam Jav, in Afghanistan it's illegal to mail out passport out side international boarders , DHL, UPS,FEDEX, they won't accept it unless you have connection with them.. If you do get ppr which u will soon bakhir, just send it with someone to Delhi .. It's only $300 for both way flight from Kabul..they can DHL it from Delhi ... Also include a letter to give permission to that person carrying the passport , sign , contact info and that is it.. They can go in the morning come back afternoon..
