my husband says he wants me to move to Afghanistan in a few months and forget this *censored word*ty application case. im hoping something good happens in our case in the next few months. i really want him here with me. although i have no problem living there with him. it's just that we have been waiting so long. if we planned on living there, i would have never come back here and spent 2 years apart like this.

Well I think this can be A good Platform that to say an IF clause . If you & your husband got united before Starting of 1st January 2015 then it' fine, 8 Months more left to that, otherwise you may live in War Torn Afghanistan with him. until Toba tan Qabool Shawa wa Canada Boreen !

Hey guys a new update happened to my brothers spousal case, yesterday he also received an email from NDVO for an interview of his wife in New Delhi in June.... his file got transfered on February 15, 2014 to ND from Ottawa... im thinking ND are sending interview letters these days quite alot!!

same here they sent it to my wife as well after almost one year after second remed+Repcc and additional document request, we were waiting for PPR but now this its not good they are playing with peoples life, this term please dont vote conservative GOV they have made the worst possible immigration policy in history of Canada. liberal's were good back in a days six month to year your spouse is here now forget about it 3years if things goes well otherwise good luck. we are seeing what is going on , every once slowly losing hopes that is what they want, right now all they focus is people with money, skills and international students specially from chinese decent they are making billions on this game, family reunification , refugee protection, H&C ground cases are things of past those days are gone, charter of right and freedom its just BS of the books, the real game is all about money. that is the cruel reality behind this drama.

Sponsoring my husband, submitted my application feb,1st,2013, they recived it on 14 of feb, I got a letter that my application was send to Islamabad, months latter I called the call center and they said no it's in Ottawa, on march 23,2014 they transferred it to Islamabad, now I found out that it's in New Delhi, I'm losing my patients, so I contacted my PM they asked for my file number and all this is what I got back

(I spoke with Citizenship and Immigration Canada today and they advised that the applicant will be contacted the same way they were contacted when the file was in Islamabad. If any documents are requested the mailing address for the Delhi office can be found on the website.

The file is still currently being worked on. The processing time is 32 months from March 2013. That would bring us to October 2015.

Everything with the file is current. Should you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact the office.

I was very mad and I told her you know what can you do for me as a Canadian citizen where are my rights why is afghans are being Discriminanted for what? Why do I have to wait 32 moths and an indian only 13 why? She is like oh must be because there are more applicants from afg ! I was like you are joking right? It's all about how we are being treated here! Why do and afghan has to go to India spend money hardship getting visa and all for an interview while immgration act say you should be accommodate the interview in the country of residence, ( I have noticed ppl have got an interview letter in this forum and other places are those who have reached 2 to 3 years of processing time) So then she is like oh I will write a letter to the minster!
Brothers and sisters I wish we are all in one city so we all could have done a rally and went the Parliament! So now I want all of your support I want to put a letter together with all of the number the applications and all timelines to be send to parliament of Canada! I spoke to few ppl and this is the only way that our voices can be heard ! Let me know every one plzzz

^Wtf this kinda news makes me so mad!! Im so confused that sometimes someone says that it will follow india processng times which is 13 montha but sonetime its opposite... i jusst cant fkn get convinced as to whats the damn truth seriously f*** canada immigration they r playing with our hearts and not tellng us the truth i hate this country due to this reason....

@CVimm and @afgboy: Are the interviews taking place in India or Islamabad? If they have asked you to come to India for the interview I'm 90% sure they should give you the visa right after the interview. I thought they will conduct interview in Islamabad, but I guess not...
